Please - nobody book this hotel.
There is a £100 deposit to pay, as well as the amount for the room, and the pre-authorisation card charge (for the same amount as your room). Mention of the deposit will be a complete surprise to you (you may not even find out until you contact customer service about the next bit)...well hopefully not if you see this.
There is nobody to help you with payment once you arrive at the property, so you will have to pay in advance if you like your check-in details to arrive to you in good time. This is where customer services will reveal the need for a £100 deposit on top. With the manner that they deal with payments, don't expect this deposit to be returned without your valuable time being spent fighting for it.
Customer service are largely so unhelpful, and reflect the way that the business is run. I arrived back at the hotel one night, and three different customer groups were all waiting for the same assistance as I needed for check in the night before...with no person in the front foyer.
Don't find these things out the hard way. Better to spend more money to stay somewhere decent.
