服務：前台服務員很熱情，有問必答。 房間挺大，空調很足。酒店位置很方便坐地鐵、公交和火車。從機場坐火車可以直接到酒店。

outrageously expensive. takes advantage from the fact that location is just perfect.

청소부탁햇는데 4박 5일동안 청소1도 않해주고 수건도 않바꿔주고 쓰레기도 않비워주고 정말 서비스 제로입니다 샤워기물도 졸졸졸 나오고 정말 역대급 않좋았던 호텔입니다 금액도 더럽게 비싸고

The hotel location was fantastic. However I sustained a fall in the street which required first aid. Michael and Hocine were terrific…….they provided antiseptic wipes, plasters for my arm and ice for my bruised knee. That helped me regain my composure and able to commence my holiday next day, thank you.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Quiet room, comfy bed. Perfect location if arriving into KGX or St Pancras. Also great for getting in and around central London. Close to Coals Drop Yard which has some really nice shops and places to eat. So all very convenient.

Very good experience, understanding staff and the room is very clean and tidy. Worth every penny. Natalia, was very kind and very professional, she made the checking process very smooth for me. I truly recommend, Premier Inn, is a safe and great value for money.

Natalia on reception desk was amazing. We'd had a nightmare getting to London due to train amd travel issues taking over 4 hours instead of an hour. Seeing how worn out and stressed we were she arranged our room quickly and with a smile to ensure we could quickly make our way to planned activities we had. Love that there is a costa on site for a morning coffee. Great location and the usual comfy beds.

The room was lovely and clean. All of the staff were really friendly and made our stay more memorable. We had a great breakfast in the morning and even had a free luggage storage too so we could enjoy the sights before we checked in/out. The WiFi was a bit slow at times is probably the only downside. It's in a really good location for sight seeing and was really easy to find. We had booked the tour bus and it was right by our hotel which worked well too. All in all a great trip and an easy, enjoyable place to stay. Thank you to the team who looked after us!

Great location and flexible booking and able to move dates. Breakfast was great, evening meal very average food wise but service was great Room clean but tired, time for a revamp. WiFi is poor, you shouldn't have to pay to get decent WiFi in 2025. Staff were great

We picked this hotel as we were going to Disney land and it’s so close to the station. The family had a very nice stay although rooms could be a bit bigger and we struggled to stay connected to the internet. However a lovely man on reception was really helpful, he gave us a WiFi voucher and offered another room. It was late so we decided to stay in the same room but it was the willingness to help that I appreciated. We will be back again soon
