隔音不好（走廊、樓梯、天花板、窗外街道）、很多台階（即使有電梯，還是得上下很多階梯）、床單不乾淨、晚上服務人員比較善良

Sink was clogged, room was tiny , terrible service, poor facilities. Not accessible. Poor insulation. The hotel is very dilapidated. You have to go up several flights of stairs to get to the front desk. You have to drag your luggage down 6 flights of stairs to the elevator floor. When you get to the room, you still have to go up 6 flights of stairs to the door. The floor is very noisy when you walk on it. The room is very spacious. It is very small, and it is difficult to find a place to open the suitcase. The bed is very narrow and short, and the toilet drain has a strong smell. The heating is not enough, and the sheets seem clean, but the skin is itchy after use. Every room You can only receive 1 room card, which is basically not suitable for tourists to choose 酒店很殘舊, 門口要上幾級樓梯才到前台層, 要拖拉行李下6級樓梯才可到電梯層, 到了房間仍要上6級樓梯才到房門口. 走路時地板很响, 房間空間很小, 行李箱很困難才能夠找到地方打開. 床很窄及短, 廁所糞渠有污氣返流，味道很大. 暖氣不夠, 牀單看似乾淨, 但用後皮膚痕癢. 每間房間只能領取1張房卡, 基本上不適宜旅客選擇 . 酒店很残旧, 门口要上几级楼梯才到前台层, 要拖拉行李下6级楼梯才可到电梯层, 到了房间仍要上6级楼梯才到房门口. 走路时地板很响, 房间空间 很小, 行李箱很困难才能够找到地方打开. 床很窄及短, 厕所粪渠有污气返流，味道很大. 暖气不够, 床单看似干净, 但用后皮肤痕痒. 每间 房间只能领取1张房卡, 基本上不适宜旅客选择.

優點離車站近

Junior staff are polite but the "Hotel Manager" shows tyrant attitude on changing room. Room is small & moderate clean, beware the shower pan is quite slippery, all USB charging injets are damaged. Window glass are not cleaned looks foggy outside. Only one advantage is on excellent location！

The shower and bed were great. Each day new towels and the room vacuum cleaned. Location perfect: next to railway station and tube station. We have had a great time.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioner and hair dryer are not good, so I slept in a coat for a night. The Indian at the front desk has a very bad attitude👎. I haven't seen him smile. There is no good place except for being close to the station.
