Was a great location. The best breakfast ever. Very friendly, very clean, wish we stayed longer . Will definitely be going back.

我預訂了一個房間，從5月14日到19日，共四晚。我們住進了1122房間。最後一晚的晚上，一衹大蜘蛛出現在浴室的浴巾上，移動着。我女兒一個人在刷牙，看了嚇死了，非常害怕，我馬上電話立即叫服務員來處理。來了三個服務員，一個人把蜘蛛抓走了。旅遊了幾十年，國內外，我是第一次遇到房間出現那麼大的蜘蛛，也不知道這種有沒有毒，這是一次非常糟糕的經歷。後來前台找了一個男的經理，希望申請免最後一晚的房費。我認為這不算太多，但我被拒絕了。這個酒店就是舊舊的，電梯也不刷卡就能上去，感覺也不是很安全。兩萬多一晚，絕對可以找到更好的，大家避雷吧。

這家酒店是倫敦市區性價比的天花板了，沒有之一。首先出門有很多吃飯的餐廳和購物的超市，其次步行去塔橋山地鐵站步行五分鐘，又想去倫敦博物館，美術館，白金漢宮，海德公園等等的都很方便，最後是酒店的房間雙方房床很大比較適合家庭，倫敦市內編超高性價比了！

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren zwar leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, aber unsere Erfahrung war durchweg positiv. Die Lage ist wirklich super – die Tower Bridge und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Perfekt, um London auch bei kurzem Aufenthalt gut zu erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die zentral und unkompliziert in London übernachten möchten!

Excellent choice if touring London. Walking distance to subway stations - Tower Hill (District/Circle line) or (Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City) Aldgate, Aldgate East. Very close to Tower of London and Tower Bridge Thanks to the staff for allowing us to check-in early as we arrived early morning...subject to room availability.

The room is very nice and clean with a king size bed. Very cozy and I sleep very well

Had a lovely stay at this hotel staff were so attentive and helpful. The hotel provides extra things if needed such as hairbrushes and toothbrushes. Breakfast was lovely and fresh each morning . The sauna gym and spa facilities were great.

Firstly the plug in the sink was jammed and water wouldn’t flow through. Secondly the pillows were very hard and lastly although we didn’t have the air conditioning on there was a noise/rattle coming from the unit. This was severe enough to keep us both awake until 1am

Leonardo Hotel was the perfect hotel for me and my daughter. It is exactly where the venue for my London Fashion Week gig is! It was walkable from the train station and was surprisingly very near the London Tower Bridge! E can even see it from our hotel window! Superb location! The restaurants are just closeby and a costco supermarket too! Had a great time in this hotel! Highly recommended for travellers like me!
