metro was really close, about 5 minutes walking. Room was nice but not really clean, there were some hairs in the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, but the room was a little bit cold. The service tried to fix it but only in the second day the room was little bit warmer.

The hotel was nice and clean

Convenient with West Kensington and barons Court tube stations and with some pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff, the rooms are cosy but would be small for two people (double is comfy for 1).

Very good for short stay. Room is small but all I need is there. Very clean. Bed was nice and comfort. Location was prefect for my event at Hammersmith. Highly recommend for short stay.

Hotel muy normal, las habitaciones pequeñas y falta de mantenimiento, alguna noche en la habitación que nos toco que era delante de un jardín habían las maquinas de aire acondicionado y hacían un ruido terrible, respecto a la ubicación del hotel esta a 10 minutos caminando al metro y al centro de Londres una media hora y depende donde vayas como hay que hacer algún trasbordo se hace pesado, lo peor, es el traslado en nuestro caso desde el aeropuerto de Stansted, que es una hora y media y con varios trasbordos y depende la hora que llegues al aeropuerto para ir al hotel es mortal.

Always feel safe here. It's clean and the bed and shower are both great so I will be returning!

Had a one night stay as we were seeing a show at the Apollo, Hammersmith. Close to Barons Court station, located in a quiet road. Could check in at 1.30 which we found useful. Had room in the front on the first floor. Very clean, modern shower and bathroom. Had buffet continental breakfast in a large dining room. Plenty of choice for £7.50. Would definitely use again if we were in the area.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff.

Good budget hotel in a good location. Doesn't have a lift so getting luggage to the top floor was a pain.

The room is super small and I can’t really walk when I open my suitcase in the room. No fridge in room but everything is clean . Location not so convenient n you have to walk at least 10 mins for restaurants n supermarket .
