Good location

挺好，地理位置很舒服

Staff excellent at reception. Very professional and helpful. Just check your booking if booked through Trip regarding breakfast. It can be very embarrassing when told you have to pay for an extra brekkie when it's already on the booking. Quick chat with reception and all sorted a they explained third party websites don't always provide the amount of people booked. Small issue but all resolved. Excellent stay and very quiet rooms at night. Great night's sleep!

Good service! Location is good but a little long walked from station and haven’t near of shop around the hotels. Clean and nice comfortable.

在倫敦的酒店中房間面積算大的，早餐不錯，距離excel很近。一層小酒吧也不錯，周邊有幾家華人餐廳味道很好。

I love the welcome cookie! The room is great, spacious, and clean. However, the location is kinda not convenient since there is no direct transportation. You have to take Elizabeth line to Custom House if you are traveling from city London, then take bus and have a walk of 5mins. But it is relatively economic efficient to have these good facilities. Also there is a perfect dim sum restaurant called Yi-ban nearby, which I would recommend.

部屋については概ね満足です！私たちの部屋だけかもしれませんが、冷蔵庫がなかったので、少しだけ減点を。ただ、ボトルの水が無料で、受付にはリンゴや飲み物もあったので、とてもよかったです！ 地下鉄の駅からも遠くなく、便利でした！

Great size room and amazing view from the balcony

식사는 맛이 좋았습니다. 런던 중심부여서 떨어져 있지만 DLR을 통해 쉽게 도착할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 수건에서 보풀이 많이 떨어졌습니다.

Location very good and staff member offered complimentary parking

Convenient location. Nice touches. Lovely room. However someone who stayed there before had left their underwear in the bathroom which the housekeeping has overlooked 🤢 I was given drinks vouchers for that but probably won’t come back again.
