Hotel is far from a 4 star, i’d say 2 stars at a push. Hotel is very dated, the decor in the corridors is all chipped and needs re painting, it isn’t a good look. Our room looked nothing like the pictures and the bathroom was very dated. There were no bottles of water left in the room which for a 4 star hotel, you would expect. The cold tap in the bathroom had warm water coming out. Beds not very comfortable. The only good thing about this hotel for us was location as we needed to be close to Hyde Park.

Did not meet my expectation especially with the value I paid for 3nights! Even the staff was supportive to help me finding proper room, but it seems it was a wrong decission of me from beginning.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Staff were so friendly & helpful . Great breakfast. Will definitely recommend it.

Hands down the friendliest hotel in London! Spent four amazing days here where the lovely front desk girls treated me like royalty. They helped with everything – even my heavy suitcase got a personal escort! Dear Manager, if these brilliant ladies aren't getting a pay rise yet, we need to have a chat over tea ☕️

Accommodation was not good value for money. My window didn't shut properly, meaning there was a draft coming through the entire night. Black mould/poor ventilation around the window. Shower was coming off the wall. TV didn't work. The rooms need to be completely renovated.

Lovely stay with excellent staff. Nice clean room in brilliant location, they even let us check in early so we could drop off our bags! Would reccommend

Hotel was a fabulous location, very clean and ideal for an overnight stay.

酒店外觀看着很大氣，前台接待很熱情，早餐不錯，不足感覺就是房間有點太小了，衞生間的門如果胖點的要側着出入。

Great lobby for working - compact but well equipped, and comfortably designed rooms - great location.
