Lancaster Court Hotel arvostelua

Good stay for a few days! The people at the reception were nice. Room was clean, bathroom was okay though. Both were a little small but that’s normal in London. A fridge would’ve been nice. What I didn’t like was that we had to leave the room key at the hotel. It was rather big. Chip cards would have been nicer. But it was very easy to get the key back since there was someone at the reception 24/7! Overall a nice stay. Would stay here again.

此次英倫之行住過的四個酒店中最差的一個。首先沒有電梯，房間在四樓，兩個大箱子扛上扛下，服務人員沒有要幫忙的意思。三人間除了兩張床，一個牀頭櫃，幾乎沒有其它傢俱，晚上睡覺眼鏡和手機都不知道放哪裡，更不説衣服和其它物品。這麼垃圾的房間居然每晚200多鎊，另外還要100鎊的按金！

三人間還不算太小，有獨立衞生間，提供浴巾，火車，地鐵都很方便，行李寄存沒有收費，服務非常熱情周到

the room has a lovely window, it was nice that i could see the sunset. it’s a bit hard to adjust the shower, but the staff came to explain everything- thank you!

I will just say the conclusion first: IT IS TERRIBLE😡 The room is very tiny and totally different from the pictures in the app:eg in the picture there is a window but there isn't in the room 😭 😭 😭 most important, they charged EXTRA £120 for extra person and said this is an error from the app !!!!!!!! Honestly i will never book that hotel again

The staff was good , , good location . I think can do a better maintenance . Not lift . But is ok !!

部屋は狭いですが、1人で宿泊するには十分でした。部屋には紅茶があり、イングランドらしさを感じることができました。

A clean room and clean towels are nice, only water is missing :) friendly staff
