The California - London Kings Cross arvostelua

우선 엘레베이터가 없고 복도도 무지 좁습니다! 하지만 세인트판크라스 국제역? 바로 도보거리로 이용할수있어 편리했고, 캐리어가 너무 크고 무거워서 촤대한 계단 이용하지않는 낮은 층으로 요청 드렸더니 체크인시간 보다 조금 더 대기하면 배정 도와주셨어요! 하지만 지하 1층으로 배정받아서 열심히 캐리어를 들고 옮겼다는...ㅠㅠㅠ 생각보다 객실은 쾌적했고, 잘 관리되어있어서 좋았어요!!!

經第二次入住，地點實在太方便，King's Cross St. Pancras轉運站，坐火車到倫敦，想先處理啲行李，然後再周圍去。附近好多野食，又有Tesco Express,體驗生活文化。 不過去房間個條樓梯，又窄又多灣位，拎著行李相當吃力；我記得第一次入住，有員工幫我哋運行李入房的。

I stayed at this hotel and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. On the first night, my room had no heating and the window wouldn’t close properly, letting in cold wind—I was freezing! However, after reporting the issue, they acted quickly and resolved it by the second night, making the rest of my stay warm and comfortable. One downside is the lack of an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was quite a challenge. Still, the good service and cozy (once fixed!) room made up for it. If you don’t mind stairs, this is a decent budget-friendly option.

入住這家酒店的原因主要是地理位置優越，坐地鐵和坐火車都近，但是給我感覺是地鐵還是火車就在我頭頂上開，感覺住在地下室

Ci è stata assegnata una camera familiare non conforme a quanto indicato nelle descrizioni presenti sul sito, ho richiesto che mi venisse cambiata ed essendo in bassa stagione ( fine marzo) avevano modo di sostituirla. La seconda camera era confortevole e pulita. Non mi è piaciuto trovarmi in questa situazione ma la risoluzione del problema ha fatto sì che non ci fossero altre contestazioni. Colazione dolce “all’italiana” croissant ( buoni !) e cappuccino a 5 sterline é una soluzione decisamente economica.

Clean room and facilities, very comfy bed with 2 huge pillows, window that opened fully, perfect location. Staff on check in and check out very helpful and friendly, toilets, water station and luggage storage all added to the experience. Will be staying again!

Great location! I booked the large double room so was surprised to find 1 small double bed and 1 single but it was only for 1 night and the bed was comfortable but close to the walls on both side. Overall a good stay thank you.

除了地理位置極佳，其他一般般，拖鞋牙具什麼都不提供，洗髮沐浴一類的是最簡陋的，房間實在太小，箱子衹能放在床底下。不過倫敦寸土寸金，這個價格也衹能這點要求了。
