The Citadine is well located just off Trafalgar Square and close to The River. The apartments are well furnished and include a small well equipped kitchenette. The sitting area on the ground floor are ideal if you are staying with friends and you can have coffee from the free dispensers

정말 위치만 좋고 나머지는 최악의 경험이었습니다. 원베드룸을 예약했으나 방 자체도 작았고 창문도 작아서 채광도 안 좋았습니다. 문제가 없을 때는 무난하겠으나, 이슈가 발생했을 때 대처가 엉망이었습니다. 이슈 발생시 호텔 프런트 여자 직원 2명은 대처가 매우 unprofessional 했으며 태도 역시 무례했습니다. 이 호텔의 경험으로 런던에 대한 이미지마저 나빠질 뻔 했습니다. 직원 교육이 개선되지 않는다면 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않습니다.

Great location for getting around and restaurants but no housekeeping for our 4-night stay.

Hotel muy céntrico, para ir andando a todas partes. La habitación es muy completa, con cocina, microondas y nevera. También tiene aire acondicionado y caja fuerte. El baño tiene jabón, champú y gel a tu disposición. El personal es muy amable y realiza su trabajo a la perfección. No limpian la habitación a menos que lo indiques y pagues un extra.

커피를 언제든지 로비에서 종류별로 마실 수 있도록 배려해주신 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 홍차를 비롯한 각종 티(tea)도 늘 마실 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨 소리가 너무 크고 성능이 좋지 않습니다. 에어컨 성능은 개선이 필요합니다. 위치가 너무 좋아 런던 곳곳을 편하게 다닐 수 있었습니다.

다들 얘기하듯 위치가 너무나 훌륭합니다. 오래된 건물이라 배수가 약하고, 난방이 잘안되어 자는데 불편함이 조금 있었습니다. 가족이 머물기에 좋은 장소입니다.

Very central, big hotel. free coffee in.lobby. This Citadines didnt include housekeeping unless it was paid extra. There was no mention anywhere of this in hotel description during booking. I was at a Citadines 1 week before in Tokyo and there they had a choice, both free. According to London reception.desk it.was.because these are *apartments* (but so were the Tokyo ones) and they told TRIP.com didnt provide all info and they were not responsible. I was asked to leave a review on Citadines where I mentioned this issue to receive a very 'defensive' reply of reception manager after a few minutes. Its not a super big deal but the way London staff handled things is not like one would hope: very defensive and not very nice honestly.

Regarding the cleaning of the room it is explained on website when you placed your reservation and we remind our guest upon the check-in that because we are a self service apartment chain we do not provide daily cleaning but weekly cleaning when a stay is 6 nights or longer. 挺好的！房間很大，廁所和浴室也是分開的，還有兩個掛衣服的地方，位置也很好，出門走幾分鐘就是倫敦眼，離美術館地鐵站也近
