I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it’s a great base to explore the area.
What truly stood out, however, was the warm and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. From the friendly check-in to the helpful recommendations for nearby activities, they made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary water and the prompt room service.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

A nice place to stay in London close to blackfriars station. Friendly staff and warm feeling. It’s a pub hotel. The room are big and clean, even if a little noise from outside coming. Breakfast could be better. Coffee is from pot And there wasn’t machine to made it fresh. In general a good place.

Querky but in a nice way!! great location in the centre of town, very helpful and friemdly staff, nice and un-expected touch of 10% of food and drinks in the bar.

Stayed here at the end of august for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is situated about 15minutes walk from Waterloo station and 5 minutes from Southwark underground. We were able to check into our room early around 1pm as it was ready, we were on the 3rd floor, room was great, very clean, comfortable and quiet with a good shower, fan and coffee machine and dressing gowns were an added bonus. Great breakfast. We ate here 2 nights and the food was really good. You get a discount on food for staying at the hotel. A 15 minute walk gets you to London Bridge area, and tower bridge is about another 10 minutes. Staff are all great, a big hello to sammy and Luke on reception and the lads on the bar, we look forward to visiting soon.

Perfectly situated, hotel and rooms spotless, rooms have some nice quality complimentary items, rooms could benefit from air conditioning but ample fans are provided in its absence. Pub is quiet in the evenings and is used for morning breakfast which couldn’t be faulted , very good with a wide variety of quality items Will be returning

Totally amazing stay from start to finish. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the friendly greeting we arrived, the lovely staff we encountered, the wonderful clean room and the best breakfast we have had in a hotel for a very long time it is difficult to fault this place. The location is ideal if arriving by train at Waterloo it is just a short walk.

The hotel is ideally situated for river walks and only a few minutes from tube station. All the staff ,who are fairly young were excellent and we're a credit to the hotel. Would definitely stop here again.

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel in a super-good situation opposite Blackfriars station. Not at all the anonymous stereotypical chain hotel. Great breakfast. Altogether a very positive experience.
