It is the worst experience of my lifetime. I stayed at the hotel from Sept. 12 to Sept.14, 2024. I checked in at about 8:00pm on Sept. 12, 2024. After I checked in, I found my big suitcase was stolen. I reported this matter to the reception and he said he couldn't do anything. He asked me to wait for the manager to handle this. However, the manager is not available until 8:00am on Sept. 13, 2024 that is 12 hours later. When your manager came and told me that he had to ask the boss to review the CCTV. Couple hours later, your staff said they had watched the CCTV but found nothing. When I requested to see the CCTV together, your staff refused it. It is clear that it is violate the Subject Access Request of the Data Protection Act 2018. The staffs also delayed the investigation. My adivce is don't go there.

만족스러운 호텔입니다. 화장실, 방도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 있어서 좋았어요. 냉장고가 많이 시원하진 않아서 아쉬웠지만 무료 짐 보관 서비스도 돼서 전반적으로 만족했던 호텔입니다.

地理位置很好，去帕丁頓車站很方便，附近也有不少漂亮的餐廳。酒店設施就比較簡單，提供的早餐也比較簡單。

今次已經係第二次入住，房間雖小但衞生位置服務不錯，唯隔音不太好會聽到閂門聲。位置方便，去海德公園，harrods等地非常方便

房間不算小，挺乾淨的，出行方便，走幾步就到帕丁頓火車站，周邊飯店原則也比較多，還有Teaco等連鎖超市，很方便

- Brand New Reno. Huge Room!
- Big Plush Bath Towels

- Cleanliness
- Water Pressure and Hot Water Plus

- Mini Fridge
Cons:
- No Parking as advertised
- 3-4 steps towards room on 2nd Floor. Not convenient for Solo Traveler
- A/C HVAC very slow to react
