We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.Regarding the gym, it was temporarily out of order due to maintenance issues, and we understand how this was inconvenient, especially as your son had to walk for 10 minutes to another property to exercise. We always prioritise guest safety, which is why we had to temporarily close the gym.We also want to address the issue with printing. We understand that you had a significant amount of paperwork for your son's university, and we regularly assist guests with printing and scanning services. On this occasion, given the large volume of prints (around 80-100 pages), we suggested visiting a nearby Rymans as an alternative, as our resources were limited to handle such a large request. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused and will review how we communicate our printing services moving forward.As for the late check-out request, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate a later check-out time due to another guest arriving and the time needed to clean and prepare the apartment for their stay. We strive to be as flexible as possible, but we must balance the needs of all our guests.We truly value your feedback and will continue working to improve our services.
