My recent stay at your hotel was incredibly frustrating, despite a few positives. While I appreciated that the hotel was clean and in a good location, these aspects were completely overshadowed by a major issue: two of my dresses went missing from my luggage. After checkout, I asked and was advised that I could leave my bags with the hotel for a few hours, which I did.Upon collecting them later and returning home, I discovered that two dresses were missing from my luggage. These items were securely packed at the time I left them with your staff. I've already tried to resolve this by calling the Hotel the following day and emailing the management team, but I've received absolutely no reply. This lack of communication and apparent disregard for a guest's lost property is completely unacceptable. Losing two personal items isn't just an incoming ; it's a significant disappointment, and the hotel's failure to address my concerns has only compounded my frustration. Given my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni e che dire la camera sempre pulitissima (veniva pulita ogni giorno), la cordialità di Vikita ci ha davvero fatti sentire a casa, l’hotel si trova in una bella zona collegata sia dalla metro che alle fermate dell’autobus.L’unica nota negativa purtroppo è la dimensione della stanza che ahimè nonostante fornita anche di un piccolo angolo cottura non è sufficientemente grande (non riuscivamo ad aprire la valigia e contemporaneamente a camminare nella stanza).Tutto sommato però ci ritornerei molto volentieri!!

Buena ubicación para disfrutar del Carnaval de Notting Hill, pero el resto de aspectos son muy mejorables: habitación muy pequeña (dos maletas de cabina no pueden quedarse abiertas en el suelo) y demasiado básica para dos personas, cama incomodísima, armario demasiado pequeño y baño enano (tus piernas chocan contra el papel higiénico al sentarte en el váter). Lo mejor, la ducha. La insonorización es nefasta, y no por el ruido de la calle, sino entre habitaciones, los tabiques parecen de papel. A excepción de la nevera y la cafetera, no usamos nada de la cocina; sin que estuviera sucio, no nos pareció muy limpio. Además, una de las noches saltó la alarma de incendios y nadie nos dio explicación alguna del motivo.

Really modern, clean hotel in a fabulous location and such a bargain for London. The room was exceptional for the price and so well planned out. There was a slight problem with water temperature in the morning I think due to some workmen in the vicinity affecting electricity supply but that is not the hotels fault.

Great Central Location. Staff were really friendly upon arrival, stored our bags until checkout time and when checked in our bags were already put in our room. Room was very clean and cleaners did a fantastic job. Bathroom is modern aswell as the kitchenette which is very useful. Tv is big and has lots of channels plus Netflix. The bed isn’t the biggest double, my partner and I are small yet it was quite tight for space. Also the ceiling is thin and you can hear upstairs quite easily.

I took a short solo trip, saying at NOX Kensington Gardens for a couple of nights and arrived before check-in which is at 3pm so left my bags behind the reception desk for a short time. I was given a very clean room with windows which was a nice surprise since I booked a windowless room. It was fairly quiet and the only noise I heard was the cleaners shouting in the morning. The room was cleaned daily and the location of the hotel is nice - being fairly close to Queensway station and Kensington Gardens but not amongst the hustle. A couple of things I should mention are the kitchenette lights which are motion censored and only stay on for about five seconds. Secondly, there is no dishcloth or anything similar for drying up etc. I know these are both small things but they make a difference over the course of a few days. Finally the charge for a late check out (from 11am onwards) seemed very steep. Aside from that, the staff were nice and the hotel felt safe. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in that area.

Booked for Knox Kensington gardens for Sunday on the prior Monday but because of family issues could not make it ,so contacted them on Tuesday I did not want a refund but needed to change date and purely because of policy. (Not room availability) they wouldn’t even consider moving the dates for me Thumbs down for this chain

Perfekte Unterkunft zu zweit. Zimmer sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, Ausstattung (Dusche, Fön, Kochnische) sehr modern und neu. Platzsparend eingebaut. Alles vorhanden, auf Nachfragen sogar Wasserflaschen und extra Tee bekommen, inmitten von London gute Ubahn Anbindung und bei Anreise von Heathrow ist Haltestelle Paddington direkt zu erreichen. Jederzeit wieder. Bei Nacht hatten wir das Fenster offen und es war ruhig, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Lovely and very helpful staff! Room was exactly as in the pictures and was totally worth it! A bargain for the location as well . Couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and would absolutely recommend especially for a short stay :)
