Accueil acceptable, nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre une odeur A VOMIR dans la chambre, les draps, la selle de bain, immonde odeur persistante de tabac froid. Nous avions bien aéré et cela n'a pas suffit. A tel point que nous sommes resté que quelques heures et nous n'avons même pas dormi là bas. LE PIRE HOTEL QUE J AI FAIS!! HORRIBLE !!

Con amici siamo arrivati il 30 /12 /2017 , per passare l'ultimo dell'anno in questo hotel . Premetto che essendo del mestiere non giudico il lavoro degli altri , ma ho passato 2 delle 3 notti in bianco . Si sentiva la TV o la radio che parlava tutta notte . Ho fatto presente la cosa ai proprietari signor Guerino e al figlio Andrea , e mi è parso di capire che la cosa non fosse nuova . Ho parlato con il papà ed ho dato dei consigli . Sta a loro metterli in atto . Comunque se mettono dei tavoli quadrati piuttosto che rettangolari enormi dove impossibile fare una partita a carte quando piove come lunedì , già aggiustano qualcosa . Camere pulite e nuove , bagno con una bella doccia ma con il bidè inutilizzabile per quelli della mia stazza. E poi assolutamente sguarnite del minimo accessorio . Solo sapone e carta igienica . Non dico di trovare Chanel n.5 ma almeno i bicchieri e lo shampoo con il Phone si trova ormai dappertutto .

Hotel pulito e confortevole a poca distanza da Stratford e dalle linee della metro. I bus n. 25 e 86 fermano proprio davanti all'albergo. Trattasi di un due stelle ma assolutamente di valore. C'è tutto quello che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Ricca la colazione, sia continentale che inglese.

man on reception a bit abrupt, was given a room at the back of the hotel, these rooms are seperate from the hotel and resemble cheap motels. very dated room and marks on the bedspread, no duvet, bet its freezing in winter, sheets and pillow cases had a faint smell of smoke, carpet stained, only 3 tiny portions of milk, which 2 people had to share, 2 tea bags but one had been opened so didnt use, bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Remote for the tv worked but the battery comparment cover kept falling off. only 2 towels left on the bed, not enough for 2 people, didnt try the breakfast because i read lots of reviews the night before and they were all bad about cheap food being served and miserable rude staff, glad only here for 1 night and wont book again. oh and you can very cleary here guests in the adjoining room, burping, coughing you name it, everything!

I stay in a lot of hotels in London. Usually impossible go find free parking.. which this has! Was so clean and the best value for money I have ever had in London! Convenient location, nice room, easy to get to my car! And free breakfast!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter as part of her delayed 18th birthday celebrations, a lovely hotel, clean and tidy lovely staff and well placed to get around London. Breakfast was provided and I’d say it was sufficient enough to start our day. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Stratford station but there are at least 3 buses you can get from the station directly to the hotel. We have not got one single negative thing to say about our stay here and would happily return no problem at all.

T-shirt hung up in the room vanished from a locked room. Just a warning, maybe don't leave anything sentimental in the open. Besides that , an alright hotel. Room has a fan and there is a cooked breakfast - Its near a bus route and a 10 minute walk from a EL stop. Bit Dated but fine.

Clean hotel but very poor staff.tried to converse with them as my father in law was taken very ill...had to get home and tried to cancel my last day but no chance of a sympathy from staff..room was clean breakfast was like a school day..

Booked to stay two nights as my wife was in the area for some dental surgery. When we got to the room we only had one pillow each. We asked reception for more pillows and was told there was no house keeping staff, to help and no access for more pillows. We were offered some towels which we had to pick up from reception. We had an awful night hot room and noisy fan with a tiny bed. We decided to leave after one day and trying to get a refund for the second night. I was advised by the manager we should have booked more pillows in advance never heard anything so ridiculous. Would never stay there again as the staff were useless. It wasn’t particularly cheap at £165 for two nights next time I would prefer to pay more and stay at one of the big multiples. Overall not a great experience
