這次的酒店挺滿意，在倫敦塔橋附近，房間衞生間很大，早餐也豐富，很適合家庭出遊，還贈送了一瓶紅酒，前台服務也很不錯！

Great location, room wasn’t up to standard

It was a good start with free drinks and service The location was nearby to tower hill The thing which was bothering was the dustbin in the toilet - difficult to open through . We booked the hotel for 3 people but the kits necessary were only 2 . Overall it was ok ok experience . The Sauna was nice but the water in the pool was really triggering the eyes.(needs treatment/cleaning)

All good except room no sound proof which can hear neighbours laughing

Most of the rooms are old, the huge fresh air sound, the front desk service attitude is very poor, deliberately pretending not to understand my speech, because of the room problem I want to check out, directly push the room card back to me.

Excellent location next to Towerhill underground station. A short walk to the Tower of London and surrounding attractions. The buffet breakdast is really good in terms of choices and quality of food. The gym is well-equipped, and the indoor swimming is big. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy those facilities. We like the room's windows that can be opened. We let in fresh cold air at night and were able to sleep really well.
