Its a good place to stay. Looks old but the staff are very welcoming and approachable

Muy buen sitio, la atención del hotel espectacular, volvería otra vez alojarme en el mismo hotel, el cocinero de Bolivia encantador y muy atento. Habitación limpio, baño limpio, todo bien en verdad Recomendaría mucho a mis amistades. Ubicación bien situado, hay buses cerca del hotel que te lleva a todos lados. Gracias por todo 👌🏻🙏🏻

Not bad for a budget hotel. Expected a little bit more from the photos.

Non sarà un hotel di lusso ma, tutto sommato, non lo ho trovato così male. Ci sono stata per la colazione e per dormire, trascorrendo il resto del tempo in giro per Londra. Buona la posizione, colazione discreta e senza sovrapprezzo, staff disponibile e cordiale.

If you want basic and a good location then it's OK as the bus stop is near enough outside and a bus straight to central London all night long. Check in quite easy, first impressions were OK. The room is where it all goes wrong. So we had a window that wouldn't shut so we wedged a shampoo bottle to hold it shut. The toilet had the most horrendous smell coming from it. The shower had a bath tap in it so you couldn't stand directly under the shower and drainage was poor. The hairdryer was broken front and back. The sink was being propped up by a leg that wasn't even attached. To top it off the smoke alarm in the room was covered by a plastic bag!!!!! We could hear every movement from the room above us. A random light and switch that didn't work. About 50 fag butts just outside the bedroom window. However the bed was clean, crisp white sheets and reasonably comfortable. Would I go back..... No, minor details that are so easily fixed. We reported the window and the toilet, they left the shampoo there and did nothing to the loo and all it needed was a bit of bleach to take that smell away.

Hotel fighissimo, non mi aspettavo molto ma sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto!! 😉 Camera con moquette, frigo e cassaforte. Molto tranquilla come zona, sotto l'hotel passano tanti pullman che ti permettono di spostarti ovunque nel centro di Londra(abbonamento giornaliero pullman 5£).

Do hotelu można dojechać z centrum autobusem , przystanek jest 100m od hotelu . Pościel czysta , ręczniki zmieniane codziennie , codziennie uzupełniana woda mineralna , kawa i herbata. WiFi działa , jest malutki telewizor oraz klimatyzator . Pokój mały : około 10m2 , ale dobrze doświetlony . Niestety niektóre elementy wyposażenia bardzo stare i zniszczone . W pobliżu market , restauracje i całodobowe sklepy. W hotelu jest łaźnia turecka , dostępne są stół do gry w bilard i masaż.

Wir waren Anfang März zu fünft in London. Am Abend kamen wir am Hotel an. Das Zweibettzimmer war grenzwertig. Aber das Dreibettzimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe. Es entsprach nicht annährend der Beschreibung im Internet, noch den Erwartungen, die man an ein Dreisternehotel stellt, bzw. stellen darf. Den angehängten Bildern (siehe Anlage Beweisbilder) können sie sämtliche Mängel entnehmen. An dieser Stelle möchte ich insbesondere auf die beiden wesentlichsten Mängel hinweisen: a) unerträgliche/unzumutbare hygienische Zustände (Schimmelbefall im Zimmer direkt neben dem Bett und im Badezimmer) b) fehlende Sicherheit(die Tür ließ sich nicht sicher verschließen) Wir wiesen das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption unmittlbar auf die ganzen Mängel hin und erbaten ein anderes Zimmer. Leider wurde unserem Wusch nicht entsprochen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das dies nicht möglich sei, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns jedoch auch kein Alternativhotel angeboten. Wir teilten dem Hotelpersonal daraufhin mit, dass wir das Dreibettzimmer auf keinen Fall nutzen werden, da hier akute Gesundheitsgefahr besteht. Leider war es uns am gleichen Abend nicht mehr möglich am Abend in London ein günstiges Alternativhotel zu finden, so dass die 3 Mitreisenden, welche eigentlich im Dreibettzimmer untergebracht waren, auf dem Bahnhof Victoria Station nächtigen mussten. Im nachhinein wandten wir uns mehrfach schriftlich an das Hotel. Leider haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Unser Geld haben wir nicht zurück erhalten!! Wir können jeden nur vor diesem Hotel warnen und dringend von einer Buchung abraten!!!

I arrived very late and tired I, had been traveling all day and went to see a TV show being recorded before going to the hotel ,the recording was much longer than I thought so I got to the hotel at 11pm the reception staff are lovely !! and showed me to the room and he put the heater on for me , in the room was a single bed and a double bed and mould on the walls and what must have been rising damp, the beds felt damp and the heater that didn't get warm until 6am ,I had to sleep between two towels because of the damp beds , and I slept in my fleece because I was so cold. I got there so late I couldn't seek out another hotel and was that tired I fell to sleep in the double bed that wasn't as damp as the single bed, it would be a nice room if they do it up, it was a disabled room I didn't have a shower I was so cold and there was a bit of mould or something on the grab rail and the shower head didn't look too inviting as well . it is room 205 .If I can I will try to post photos later . it would be a nice room if they do it up because in the wardrobe there was a fridge (not plugged in and a safe )there was tea and coffee and there was a free packet of crisps (thank goodness I hadn't eaten all day !!) and two cans of cola !! one good thing about the hotel there is a goo bus service quite near to go onto London .
