our experience in london was absolutely wonderful. variety of food around the city was incredible, plenty of attractions to visit, transport is super easy like the metro that’s close by and we got quite lucky with weather i believe as it started to rain once we had left. now, our stay at park plaza riverbank was a big part of why we loved our trip and there’s a few people we would like to give credit to as they were truly remarkable. kieron, andrew, alexandra and one gentleman from concierge (sorry we forgot the name). service was great and we stopped by reception on a few occasions just to have a nice conversation with them. information about the hotel was clear, directions to attractions were good and food recommendations were very good too. we travel a lot so hopefully we come back to london soon and if we do then this is our go-to. we did have a room with a view of the river thames which was nice however, i think next time i’d like a larger room, maybe a suite. one thing i’d like to recommend to the hotel is hiring some more housekeeping staff as waiting times can be a bit slow and spot checks in the room need to be a bit better. also, i like the style of the hotel but i think it needs a lot more life as it’s quite lifeless, perhaps quite a few more plants by the entrance and in the lobby. p.s. we love the mint candy!

I attended the RAN Conference & Awards dinner today and I wanted to say what a great job your team have done. The food was excellent and staff were excellent all day. But I wanted to make a special shout out to a lovely lady called Faria who did everything she could to protect my nut allergy and what over and above the call of duty to make my evening awesome. Thank you very much 🙏

Rasheed was incredible, saw I was a female alone, went fully out of his way to make sure I got a taxi and hailed it down. I said you’ve gone above and beyond let me leave you a review and he insisted I didn’t need to! He’s what service is all about! 10/10 thank you

Good hotel very good service and very friendly staff ,the room is lovely with a good view and very close to central London,have bar and cafes around the area..my daughter loves it.we will definitely come back here for our next holiday,recommend for holiday in London.

My arrival for a 2 day stay was delayed but I checked in online in good time and had a confirmation by email that I was checked in. When I arrived the next morning my room was not available and I had been put down as a no show. Staff blamed me for not using the ap right. Eventually they admitted that the room which I had paid for had been let out to someone else. Only when I asked to talk to the manager did they offer an apology (and 4 soft drinks in a paper bag)

My wife and I recently stayed at Park Plaza London Riverbank for our first visit to London, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the Thames and easy access to iconic landmarks like Westminster and Big Ben. The staff truly made our stay special. A big thank you to Andrew, Ellie, and Josh at reception, who were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us tips for exploring the city and making us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like a coffee machine that made our mornings even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection to suit everyone’s tastes. Although the reception area was a bit busy at times, the team handled everything smoothly. We had a fantastic experience and would love to return on our next trip to London. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

The restaurant was fantastic! Maria our server and the sushi chef were amazing! The best sushi I have had every bite was delicious. The service was great!! Presentation WOW! The piano player was great as well, Thank you for and awesome evening!

Kind staff, beautiful big hotel, has everything! The breakfast was wonderful, IREME was lovely. Pleasant atmosphere, everyone is smiling and helpful with everything. The hotel is very close to Big Ben, and there are plenty of taxis outside the hotel so everything is accessible.
