The workers at this hotel were great. Very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about my room location was all the fire doors I had to go through….made getting to my room confusing. Not sure if this is a hotel design issue or issue with British law. The room though was nice and spacious and perfect for 1 person. I felt very comfortable in the hotel

No elevator No air conditioner，the bed is dirty and itchy,if you want to take your staircase to climb four floors,I suggest you to take this one.

냉장고가 없어서 좀 당황했어요… 시원한 물을 마실 수 없어서 아쉬웠지만 친절한 직원과 조용한 동네 좋은 위치 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.

整體不錯，除了房間沒有電梯。 衹能靠走。。。累屎樂。 然後沒有牙刷！ 是一個住宅區 離開海德公園步行10分鐘左右

So far the service was good. Since the hotel no elevator, the hotel should provide bellboy helping guest carrying the bags to the room.

酒店位置真的不錯，服務不錯，但是房間太小了，還有一點發黴的味道，隔音差，浴室花灑漏水，洗浴池小的可憐，預訂的了不給提前退房，謹慎！
