房間寬敞舒適，淋浴水量很舒適，軟裝也做得很好！服務人員熱情客氣，酒店也很大氣，小冰箱內軟飲，小食全部免費贈送，贊!

碰到個在背後罵“**** off”的服務員。我們去前台投訴，他們打死不認。反口説我們聽錯，説他們來自偏遠國家，很困難，就差説我們歧視他們了。最後一天結束有這個體驗感真的非常糟糕！本來打算七月去倫敦再訂這一家的，衹能勸認識的人都別去這家。太生氣了😡

位置確實非常好，走到倫敦橋也就5分鐘，前台很熱情，房間層高很高，不壓抑，住的一樓靠裡麪的房間，需要刷兩次門禁，非常安全。唯一缺點就是因位置太好，大門口停車位有限，需要預訂。每晚收費40磅

ロケーションも便利で、内装はとても素敵で使い勝手が良く、天井が高くて理想的なお部屋。にも関わらず価格は決して高くありません。スタッフの方の接客レベルは素晴らしく荷物預かりにも快く対応していただきました。

I was very suprised the hotel was lovely staff very very polite,  rooms decent sized as I thought boutique hotels have very small rooms … the smart toilet was brilliant ….. ambience great will definitely stay here again  Thankyou all  Rooky

This is a really great hotel with huge and luxurious rooms. Amazing breakfast (you can choose from Indian as well as full english breakfast) i must say loved the dosa and the uttapa. Centrally located and you have the tower bridge at a 2 minute walk. Will surely visit again.

房間比較老舊，一張大床睡兩個人有點緊，前台分不清中國人名字，把我和別人混淆，還把我的預授權給別人扣了賬單，好像他們自己發現，又快速退回，週六的價格漲了不止一倍，果斷快速換酒店，位置還行，離倫敦塔橋很近，旁邊有家泰國菜，吃不慣西餐的泰國菜還能講究下

This hotel is an absolute gem and fantastic value for money given the central location and quality of accommodation. Situated only 3 minutes walk from Tower Bridge access to transport and all that London has to enjoy is excellent. The spa and food are top quality, if you’ve never experienced the joy of a Masala Dosa for breakfast here’s the place to try it, and the hotel makes excellent use of this old school, marrying contemporary Indian design with the classic interior. Little touches in the room are very welcome. This lovely hotel will become my go to whenever I visit London!!
