We are glad to know that the our reception staff had such a great service attitude and went the extra mile by sending instructional videos for using the kitchen utensils. We love that the room was clean, spacious, and cozy, and having well-stocked kitchen equipment is a definite plus. We totally agree that Leman Locke is conveniently located near public transportation and surrounded by supermarkets, tasty restaurants, and cool bars. The mix of a lively yet peaceful alley must have been a nice touch for your stay. It's a bummer about the elevator confusion, though. We do apologise in regard to waiting for the right elevator can be a bit as we know this can be frustrating. Rest assured this will be improved for the future.
