During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.
Generally good stay here with family. Great location. An issue at check in regarding an extra payment but this was resolved. Room smelled damp which wasn’t pleasant (508) Breakfast very good, staff very accommodating especially Viswa Priya who went out of her way to accommodate extra requests for my children.

Very good service. Ahmed is very handsome man and served me and my friend very well and professional.The restaurant is very well managed and clean. I loved to spend time there. I will definitely come next time.✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨❤️✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

We hebben genoten, gastvrij vriendelijk Lekker gegeten Visuva Pruja was er in de ochtend met het ontbijt. Hielp ons heel goed. Kortom het waren 3 topdagen in Londen. Veel gezien en gedaan, ook leuke gesprekken met het personeel van het hotel gehad Veel groetjes uit Nederland Rudi,Bianca Laura en Tim van Doormaal

The corridor and rooms on the first floor smelt awful , the hotel is dated and tired in parts. The lift didn’t work for 50% of our 4 days stay. The rooms needs a full refurb or at least carpet and upholstery cleaning. Don’t stay on first floor we moved to third which was okay apart from a dirty tissue under the bed! But with no lift a trek. The staff are exceptionally professional and helpful and did everything they could to resolve the issues I raised in a very pleasant and helpful way

Un hotel muy bien situado, y comunicado con el metro. Tenia una estupenda calidad precio. Recomendable al 100%. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, estuvimos en una habitación de 4 , y era muy amplia. Si volvemos a viajar a Londres, repetiremos, sin dudarlo.

I'll keep it simple This is an utter disgrace of an hotel in modern terms in London. Not fit for purpose . I've stayed in hotels -throughout Europe and within the U. K. for the past 20 years or so. Premiernn London Bridge Hotel sadly I have to say, our experience was nothing short of a disgrace. I won't elaborate as to how shocking the experience was. We sadly had to endure the 1st night of a 3 night stay for 4 adults (2 double rooms x 3 nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday in July 2024) .We could not find alternative accommodation even upto 11pm on the Friday,we were quite prepared to leave immediately even at that stage and time due to the appalling circumstances. Sorry but I will never stay in a premier inn ever again.

Poor service left us disappointed. Gormless inattentive staff with a couldn’t care less attitude. Couldn’t pay for advertised early 11am check in Premier plus room - not worth the extra. Despite requesting… a room service We got back from a day in the city to freshen up and our room was not even done at 5.45 pm Breakfast service is abysmal if you ask for something different to the offered buffet. A poached egg for instance took 25 minutes and came cold! Apart from that well done. Great location. Lots of nice places nearby Bed was comfy The Shard and tennis courts view were great.

You have a system that we need to ask when we want our room to be cleaned. We have followed this system and make sure to ask at the reception, but still the room was not cleaned. We have to ask 3 times, and because it was late, the room to be cleaned the next day instead. And the day after we asked again for our room to be cleaned, and still no cleaning when we came back in the evening. The first day the towels in the bedroom was dirty and there was only 1 when it was clear in the booking we are 2 adults and 1 kid. The receptionist is rarely there, we need to press the buzzer around 10 times before someone would finally came out. The key card kept getting deactivated even though we stored it properly away from phones or anything like that. Overall the worst experience we had in a hotel ever.
