Great location, and friendly staff, but lacks of facilities the room is old, and the water pressure of the shower and tap is weak.

酒店位置優越，周邊交通便利，公交出門就是，地鐵及火車站都很近，走路10分鐘左右，到各景點都很方便，倫敦鐵塔就在酒店附近，走路10分鐘。房間衞生很乾凈，唯一缺點就是洗澡水不會調。

性價比非常高的經濟連鎖酒店 位置很好 交通還算比較便利 輕軌地鐵公交車都很方便搭乘

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

チェックインして部屋に入ると冷房の設定温度が16℃でとても寒かった。 ボディソープ、シャンプーはあったがかなり薄まっていて、泡が全く立たなかった。更にリンスがなく苦労した。 タワーブリッジ付近に同名の別ホテルがあるようなのでその点注意が必要。

My partner returned from a business trip covered in bed bug bites and brought bugs into his office in his luggage. The bites were there next morning, but he didn’t know what they were at first. Luckily bugs on the outer of the soft travel case were spotted by a work mate before flying home with visitors, but luggage had to be dumped and whole office had to be treated. Absolutely horrific. Hotel appeared to know very well that they have a bed bug problem - why don’t they do something about it then? Why keep checking people in and potentially spreading a problem across London? Appalling for such a well known and supposedly reputable chain. While anywhere can get bed bugs these days, this should be managed and sorted with proper cleaning/ fumigation.

Only visited the restaurant and the food was delicious! Fish was battered very well and the chips were crispy and served very hot. Tishante and Jean were attentive, helpful and friendly. Lots of great options and cold beer. The ice cream sundae in particular was excellent.

Very well situated premier inn Not far from the tube and a few minutes walk to Tower Bridge & Tower of London The room was very clean with a decent sized bathroom , we had paid for breakfast which is served in a lower ground room. There was a continental buffet table with everything you could want , a selection of fresh pastries as well as a hot breakfast self serve ,you coukd go ip as often as you like very good value for money Having stayed in a few Premier inns over the UK this one was very nice . The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay We also ordered a lunch time meal from the bar on our arrival which was tasty and very reasonable although there is a Weatherspoons more or less opposite which we also used for evening All in all we would definitely stay here again due to the location and staff

The hotel is around 15 -20 minute walk from London Bridge tube station. The roads and streets around this are quite isolated and dark on an evening which I felt needed to be raised within this review as if I was a solo traveller, would feel a little vulnerable around this area along on an evening. The hotel has self check in or someone on reception. Checkin was fine and we were given a room on 3rd floor. The room was a family.room, 1 double and 1 single bed. The room was just standard. If you require it cleaned then reception need to be made aware by 12 midday. We stayed for 3 nights and asked for the room to be cleaned once. Not sure what they did as they never hoovered, never changed towels or bedding. The rooms smelled of damp and are in need of updating as are the bathrooms. We had a room facing the main roads and it was really noisy so ask for a rear room if this maybe an issue. We never had breakfast but did have an evening meal in the restaurant. I would not recommend this. Here was one lady serving and one on the bar so service took forever. The kitchen had ran out of lots of ingredients so instead of taking things off the menu they served us with 3 meals missing ingredients such as a Thai green vegetable curry minus the vegetables, coleslaw missing from the burger and chips, mushrooms missing from the steak and mushrooms etc. Overall, I will not be returning to this hotel. I felt it was too far out the way for transport links, not a very safe area, rooms are way below a decent standard and little around the hotel apart from a papa johns and a co-op. Much better places to stay in London at a similar price.

Had a fabulous stay here at Premier Inn Tower Bridge Welcomed at reception and early check in was arranged for us. Hotel was spotless, room was comfortable and well maintained. Great tea and coffee making facilities in room. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area, nice decor Bar drinks and cocktails were delicious. Dinner and breakfast were both fresh, hot and excellent quality Checkout was a breeze and left luggage facilities were well organised. Will certainly stay again!

The people were friendly and welcoming. However, I have reservations about the room and breakfast. Regarding the room, the window is difficult to open and close. Even when closed, you can hear the noise of vehicles driving outside. Furthermore, there was a leak from the air conditioner near the front door. Also, there's no flexible showerhead (there's only a shower head and faucet in the bathtub) to easily shower the children. Regarding breakfast, the products served are delicious, even if it's industrial. However, we're disappointed that there's no change in the menu: 3 days, always the same menu!

Good location. Not enough towels, pillows or cups to accommodate the booking. Had to ask for more. Evening staff at the bar aren't very welcoming and it seems like they don't want your business. Dessert poor and do not stock decaf coffee. Rooms very tired and in need of repair. They are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and the lady who seated us was very friendly.
