Premier Inn London Tower Bridge

酒店位置優越，周邊交通便利，公交出門就是，地鐵及火車站都很近，走路10分鐘左右，到各景點都很方便，倫敦鐵塔就在酒店附近，走路10分鐘。房間衞生很乾凈，唯一缺點就是洗澡水不會調。

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

チェックインして部屋に入ると冷房の設定温度が16℃でとても寒かった。 ボディソープ、シャンプーはあったがかなり薄まっていて、泡が全く立たなかった。更にリンスがなく苦労した。 タワーブリッジ付近に同名の別ホテルがあるようなのでその点注意が必要。

We stayed here for four nights too see the sights, we had been told in advance that the restaurant was shut for refurbishment so we planned accordingly, we had no car so we had to walk to find food, there's a coffee shop attached to a internet cafe next door which was ok for breakfast but the nearest restaurant we could find was a Spoons about a ten minute walk away, as is typical with that company the toilet was in the bowels of the earth and I swear I shared the urinal with the devil. Back to the hotel check-in was by machine which seemed to be confusing everyone and the foyer was like a building site due to the ongoing work but our room was clean, warm, and quiet with a view of the shard, our only issue we had was with the over bath shower as my wife is not very tall and had difficulty getting access, and the coffee cups were too big for the machine all in all we would have no problems staying here again once they get the restaurant working.

I booked this hotel as result of two factors: price and location. Having stayed there, the basic location was OK, but the distance from rail or tube links was problematic. It was a bit of a hike to London Bridge station. The price was OK and the room was large and clean -- the room was the best part of the experience, in fact. The area in which the hotel sits is actually a kind of cool and idiosyncratic part of London. The hotel itself left quite a bit to be desired, though -- mainly because it was in the process of being renovated. Floor was being dug up while I was trying to check in and the restaurant was closed the whole time I was there, so that breakfast of any kind was not an option. Check in was poor. I had the option of queuing to speak to a sole check in representative behind a desk or using self-check-in machines. A member of staff directed me to the machines. The final part of the process (where the machine magnetizes a key card for you) failed and I was directed to queue up at the desk anyway, which made for a long and frustrating process. The hotel offers free wifi, but it is very slow and tediously asks you to log in every time you turn your device back on to use the internet.

We visited for a family trip and I can honestly say it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. There is currently building work going on which isn't ideal. The lifts don't work, the key cards repeatedly didn't work, the hallways had a bad smell and our room wasn't clean. We found a dirty sock in our room (unfortunately just before we left when we were checking we had all our belongings). The location is brilliant hence why we chose it but I would have stayed further out of town had I known the horrors that were inside this place.
