Convenient location especially when you’re visiting your kids studying universities there. Frontline services are excellent 😇

因為三邊靠牆，所以靠牆的一側床縫裡麪還是有點臟的，其他都還好，早餐也還尚可。很安靜。

非常安靜，還會選擇入住！

Excellent location with helpful, friendly staff. Bedroom was small but well laid out and well equipped. The bathroom, although small was well laid out with a good shower and plenty of towels. The self-service breakfast was adequate and of good quality.

So as no stranger to Premier inns we tried the HUB Hotel was fine - clean tidy etc Free tea and coffee in main sitting reception area was nice Cant fault the hotel - but the area is awful Outside are so many homeless people - pop up tents everywhere at night Really is upsetting to see Location is fantastic however and walking to anywhere is easy Hotel fab - location awful

From the moment we stepped into the hub we felt relaxed! A very comfortable room, the bed was good, the pillow for me was great, my daughter would have liked another pillow. We had a lovely breakfast before we set off for our day. Wonderful friendly staff.

Room was so dirty with remnants of left over food and hair from previous guests. Carpets stained and ill fitting bedding. Having previously stayed in July we didn’t hesitate to rebook but standards have definitely slipped. Breakfast is still good value but with a lot less choice than previously offered. Lounge where breakfast is served had food debris on the walls and skirting boards were stained with drinks that had been spilled. General grubby feel about this stay. Needs a deep clean and quick!

The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location was perfect for our needs and minimised the need for public transport, everything we needed was walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, the larger room was perfect for us as a couple and the hotel could accommodate the whole party in multiple rooms.

Great hotel, every time I come to London I try to stay here. Great value for money (in terms of London prices), safe, fantastic location and always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are compact but a good size for 1 person for a few nights. Very limited sound coming in from outside so always a good night's sleep. Water bottles on arrival a nice bonus.

Not a cosy stay as we’d previously had. Breakfast was still good value but the choice had been cut drastically. Lounge was dirty with old food and drink stains up walls and skirting boards. Place needs a deep clean for sure.

I regularly stay at the Goodge Street premier hub on business and on my most recent stay I accidentally left a valued piece of jewellery in my room that has great personal significance. Sam, The Hub representative went above and beyond to put my my mind at ease by quickly inspecting the room to find the item which was hidden out of sight and made sure it was kept safe to be picked up. Even checking in on the pick up arrangements to make sure it had been retrieved. You could tell Sam truly cared due to her prompt touch points and turnaround time to solve the issue. Great, caring service, thank you Sam!

Great location for business or a leisure stay in London. Conveniently located in an area that can take you almost anywhere by walk and close to the tube and Euston station. Very clean, comfortable and cozy place where to stay. Incredibly quiet with the quadruple glazing. As a woman I felt very safe at the hotel! It’s minimal in all the aspects but it’s just perfect. Staff is very professional, friendly and happy to help. Definitely recommended.

Our stay at the Premier Inn Hub (Goodge Street) was pretty basic. Simple, straight forward check in. Room small and bed not too comfortable but adequate for our brief stay. We went out for the night and when we got back, put the tv on to relax before sleep. The tv remote didn’t work so my husband spent a few minutes trying buttons on the tv itself and found the plug behind the screen to switch it off completely. In the morning, we wanted to take a shower but found there was only one bath towel and no phone to call reception. When we checked out, we told the lady about our issues and she said we could have come down to reception to get one(!!) I replied that by the time we realised, we were not appropriately dressed to leave our room and head down to reception. She said she would mention it to housekeeping and there should have been two in there. Over all an underwhelming stay but ok for the purpose of our visit.

We had a lovely stay in his great central location! The staff were very kind, helpful, and generous even when we came down for breakfast a little late. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed for a few days exploring London. The lounge was a nice place to relax during a quiet evening.
