還不錯，真好那天在那裡有事，晚上太晚回不到市區就定了一晚上在那裡住，還有早餐沒有想到，環境也不錯，乾淨整潔

เดินประมาณ 20-30 นาทีจากรถไฟ ราคาดีมาก ถ้าเทียบกับที่อื่นๆ ห้องน้ำน้อยไปหน่อย ไม่ค่อยสะอาดอะไร ที่ตั้งตรงข้าม Haymarket เลย ถ้ามารถรางหรือรสบัส จะสะดวกมาก รอบๆ มีซุปเปอร์มาเก็ตเยอะ

前台員工服務都很親切，甚至還會說中文；整個飯店氛圍很有人情味，地點非常便捷，出地鐵站約5分鐘就到了，且沿途有各種商店；早餐雖是免費卻超豐盛，廚房工作人員也都很親切；後院感覺也非常舒服，住的挺開心（房間可再潔淨些更棒），總之，有機會我還會再來

The service was nice and professional. The receptionist was friendly and told necessary information I needed. The free dinner, free breakfast, and cleaning your dishes concept are amazing. Keeps people down to earth 🌎 Check in and check out were smooth. Will be back again.

It was pleasant. They serve free food and the staff were lovely!

not clean

the worst stay ever they gave me a room I go inside some body already inside the room just imagine this u walk to ur hotel room u find somebody laying down on the bed after thyme gave me another room with no internet connection and dirty u can smell the bed sheets horrible experience

Awful hotel experience. Only booked because of its ratings on Trip.com and because the last accommodation recommended by trip.com was a good one. Accommodation and bed was indescribable, with insects in bed, dirty bedsheets., broken bed. Will have to focus on ******* and other places before looking at trip.com again for accommodation. Couldn't even sleep. Would not recommend.

Not brilliant if you have walking problems

직원분들은 매우 프렌들리하고 친절하시지만, 전반적인 숙소의 청결 상태가 처참합니다. 하지만 런던에서 꽤 저렴한 가격에 아주 간단한 조식을 해결할 수 있는(그냥 끼니를 채우는 용입니다.) 곳은 많지 않으니 값을 생각해야겠지요. 시트와 베개 커버에서 구린내가 나고, 화장실과 샤워실에서는 냄새가 좀 나고 청결 상태가 그다지 좋지 않습니다..ㅠ 다만 객실 내에 라디에이터가 빵빵하게 틀어지기에 추울 걱정 업이 잠을 청할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 직접적인 런던 관광에서 시간을 단축하기 위해서는, 숙소가 National History Museum, V&A Museum 를 제외하고는 시내와 좀 거리가 있기에, 비슷한 가격대의 시내 숙소를 선택하는 것도 나쁘지 않겠다 싶어요.

My stay at the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and tube station. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would definitely return.

Avoid, I will not stay here again!!!

有貓大加分！！ 然後扣分項😡謊報行李寄存費10p每天 看攜程上説寄存費2p一天，實際上到了那裡之後前台説我行李太多不能上樓，衹能寄存，每天每件20p，而我行李因為太多，寄存費快要高於住宿了，我就覺得不對，然後去booking上看了一下，在評論搜了關鍵詞，上面都説是2p，然後我就問前台説你確定你們一直是這個標準嗎？她很肯定説是，然後我把booking評論給她看，她沉默了……然後説你可以把行李都搬上樓…… 不會是看我好欺負吧，哈哈惹到我你算踢到棉花啦😆但是除此之外住宿體驗還好，衞生一般水平，遇到一個很裝的男的，除此之外沒了
