Excellent property with character, modern amenities and stylish decor in a peaceful location only 12-15 mins walk from St Pancras station. Good welcome, everything clearly explained including the fact our room was in a different building. Most special requests dealt with. However we asked for a good view and yet got a basement room. Also basement location meant windows could only be opened to a small level because otherwise would have created security risk, however that then meant room was quite warm and would have been very hot in summer. So suggest asking specifically for higher floor.

The hotel is new and clean. There is no lift though. Receptionist is fine and polite but not very happy or welcoming. Location is good, in the center but not noisy. It is near the Russel Square

Esta muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son amplias. El único tema es que la recepción no es en el mismo lugar de las habitaciones. Pero la habitación y limpieza es excelente.

早餐在一個學院的餐廳裏面，有哈利波特的Feel。酒店在UCL的大學園區裏面，治安環境都挺不錯的。 酒店的前台不夠熱情，不帶我們去房間還真找不到，也沒電梯，房間在地下室不容易找。

應該叫足夠差酒店。如果不是預訂套房，一定是給你地下室房間或者是一樓內圍，建在後院的簡易房間。付款了3000元預訂的單人房，給安排了在地下室。這家旅館不提供拖鞋，地毯臟的不能接受，樓梯和公共區域碰灑了味道濃烈的清新劑，以掩蓋氣味。房間隔音很差，隔壁沖水，關門聲音清晰，地下室房間，一旦有拉桿箱和説話行人路過，都會被吵到，要到夜間很晚才能入睡。 糟糕體驗。不舒不快。

最驚艷的是學院的早餐，哈迷超喜歡！味道也不錯！酒店位置優越，房間乾淨整潔，舒適。前台接待熱情！温馨提示:預訂房間時户型圖一定看好。我這就是二個房型的對比，先給了一間狹小的房間，進去發現不對，果斷找前台更換了，價格不一樣，一定要看清！避免因為中國人而蒙換過關😂其他還不錯！

非常好的體驗。早餐在學院裏吃，不一樣的體驗。

足夠好酒店沒有電梯，樓梯很窄。

房間很大 還有沙發區可以方便吃東西 但是我們住的樓層有點像半地下室 隔音效果不好 隔壁的談話聲可以聽得到 浴室的熱水要等一陣子才會有熱水
