優點： 便宜，聖誕節才80胖； 位置好，離馬裏波恩和貝克街地鐵站近，去市區哪兒都方便； 旁邊有便利店； 缺點： 房間非常小， 床小還晃， 隔音很一般， 窗户小， 浴室和洗手池的水温難調。 總結：圖便宜和位置好的可選，湊和睡。

前台小哥超級棒，服務很好，前台有免費咖啡喝，幫你提行李給小費都不要，地理位置市中心，在倫敦這個價格有獨立衞生間很良心了

This hotel is a joke. It’s a 2-star but it’s unfair for paying guests. The reception is badly lit and unattended at most times. The entire building is like under construction. The bed has not been changed (yes, it’s got stains) and smelly. The walls are falling apart and the toilet is really bad that the sliding door comes off. Handle is a loose single screw.. very unhygienic and unsafe. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Room had not been cleaned properly. found popcorn in the bed. The bed had been made but there was no way the sheets were fresh and clean. Never stay here again, very disappointed.

Nastiest place I have ever seen

Für eine kurze Unterkunft auf Budget in London – Perfekt! Ist ein bisschen schäbig in den Fluren, aber Zimmer war super. Das nötigste hatte es und ein bewuemes Bett! Auch die Umgebung war super. Metro Station grad um die Ecke und man kann zu Fuss locker zur Oxford Street laufen. Vielen Einkafsmöglichkeiten und Cafes rundherum.

Still waiting to check in at the 24/7 reception. I was told that I would be seen to "my dude" so that's reassuring. At worst you can sleep on the sofas in the reception while you wait to check in so it could be worse, you could be actually homeless.

1 night was enough Really basic room with no toiletries or drink making facilities. Bed was ok, communal areas really rundown, exposed cables and pipes, building/diy things stored in public areas. Convenient location but glad I only stayed 1 night. Staff members I engaged with were both friendly.

Loved staying here. I don't understand the bad ratings. My room was clean, warm and exactly what I wanted. Right in the heart of everything, as a solo female traveller I never felt unsafe. Everything was always open around and everything was well lit. Was easy to get to two major train stations with my suitcase. There are a lot of stairs and no lift, but the staff were super friendly and helped me with my suitcase to the top floor. They also helped me at 6am when I lost my key card. (thank you 🙏) The building is old, so expect it to not be in tip top shape. But they are actively making repairs. Regardless it's still a nice place to stay. Would absolutely stay again. Exactly what I was looking for.

Horrid Terrible nights stay! It was not remotely clean - the bathroom was a disgrace. There were hairs everywhere, clearly a run down hotel which needs a revamp and a deep clean. Black mould in the bathroom!

Well located budget hotel. This hotel was convenient for the Baker St area and fulfilled my requirements.

Shabby, falling apart and minimal service Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait for 10mins. Appearance of the hotel is very shabby and almost falling apart in places. Entrance lobby was full of building materials. Room had apparently just been cleaned but was dirt and dust everywhere. Very noisy as there was a large gap under the door to our room and this was positioned in the stairwell so we heard all noise from other guests. Also the room began to smell like sewage halfway through the night. I would have left for another hotel if possible!

Terrible room, Avoid! Room wasn't in the best condition when I arrived which was late due to work. Shower didn't work, TV didn't work, slight dribble of lukewarm water from the sink was the best you could get. Room was very dirty, big crack on the window. Definitely one of the worst hotels I've stayed in & I use quite a few in the area. Only reason I used this one was that the usual price was much cheaper; now I know why. Looks like I got the room these hotels use for the late check in singlesvstaying just the one night.
