很喜歡這個酒店的風格，性價比很高

酒店位置距bank地鐵站很近，出行方便，周圍超市、酒吧、中國餐館、葯店非常齊全。酒店大堂裝飾華麗，酒店是過去的倫敦銀行總部大樓改建的。前台服務不錯，但早餐餐廳服務極差！第一天點過早餐後遲遲不上，等了近一個小時，一問服務員卻説客人還沒點餐？！第四天10點過去早餐，説是時間過了已close！而check in 時前台告訴的時間是10點半結束！真是莫名其妙！！！

We had a most wonderful stay at Threadneedles. We would like to thank Giedre, and the rest of the Threadneedles staff for taking such good care of us. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and luxurious. Thank you again, and we will be back soon!

Excellent location and service. Being a former bank, the hotel is full of charm and character. Our suite was really cool and quirky. Breakfast was a bit boring , continental buffet with only 3 “hot” choices on the menu. Convenient location for walking around Tower Bridge, Borough Market etc…

This was not good. At all. Moved out and went to Pan Pacific, a massive upgrade. So, there are different room styles at the hotel. Mine was in a different building and elevator bank of sorts. And my room was so so so poorly lit, it was hard to get dressed, find the right clothes, etc. The room had strange balcony doors but one set is permanently not closed, due to water damage. I tried to close it for security reasons but no luck. But it does not lead to a balcony, just a ledge. Dangerous and weird. And the breakfast was meh, and the bartender literally refused to serve me a wine at 10:30 when I arrived, because he was “done” for the night and would only pour beer from draft. Several guests came after to get a drink, but he was long gone. I found the hotel to be very tired. It may have been four star long ago, but it is definitely not now. Really disappointing stay.

This hotel was a major surprise! Lovely welcoming staff and clean and bright. Central London handy to attractions. We experienced a really welcoming feel and attention t detail. In the restaurant Karl and the rest of the team were brilliant at breakfast. Thanks Threadneedles it’s been so lovely!
