The hotel itself was fine, but the staff were incredibly unhelpful. Any question I asked, their response was simply 'Google it.' For example, when I asked for directions to a local tourist spot, they told me to Google it. When I inquired about laundry services, they said there weren't any and suggested I go to a laundromat, but when I asked where the laundromat was, they again told me to Google it.

櫃檯處理問題不及時。只有英文服務其他語言幾乎沒有。房間缺少的紙巾還有沐浴露都不會補充。另外打掃都沒有拖地。最嚴重的因為好多房間輪流裝潢，每天早上九點開始鑽牆。非常吵鬧影響睡眠。跟櫃檯反應晚一點裝潢。櫃檯一副我們都是這樣安排,理所當然的感覺。很糟糕的經驗。以後建議大家都不要來住 更何況我是住五天的客戶他們也感覺無所謂。非常冷漠

酒店非常棒 位置不錯 交通方便 在英國來説性價比拉滿了 下次來還會住 酒店人也比較多 看得出來還是非常受歡迎的 我很喜歡

房間很大，設施很齊全。環保原因，酒店本身不主動提供牙刷和拖鞋，有需要可向前臺拿。附近餐廳很多，交通也很方便，地鐵站就有附近。離Tower Bridge 不遠，可步行前往。

房間挺乾淨的，雖然小但是也夠放兩個行李箱，人員服務態度也很好，讓送兩瓶礦泉水直接拿了四瓶給我們✌️
