整體還行，房間不算太大，但也能住下。 比較方便的是，離維多利亞車站超近，過馬路就是，要是有從維多利亞車站出發的火車地鐵會非常方便。

It was ok stay but breakfast not so good

The aircon in our room was vibrating. Heavy noise at night. But since we were very tired, we were forced to sleep. And OMG, in the middle of the night, the aircon was turned off, the power lights and everything turned off. I immediately called the front desk. They said there were too many gadgets plugged. And OMG, nothing was plugged that time. 5mins later in embassy resolved. And on our 7th day, while fixing our things, at 7pm the fire alarmed. hurriedly ran out together with my daughter who was already in her pajama.

房間寬敞明亮設施齊全，整潔衞生，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，很有耐心，還給到很好的訂房建議。退房時寄存行李的先生也很友善周到。非常好的體驗。在倫敦這樣的性價比非常高了。

地理位置方便

地理位置很方便

優點是位置較好，去白金漢宮、海德公園都很近，距離火車站、地鐵站也非常近，出行很方便；缺點是房間太小，訂的三人間，加張床後，行李箱幾乎就沒地方放了，還是金絲雀碼頭的酒店房間大，還比它便宜。可能它主要貴在位置了吧。

房間很大，隔音也很好。雖然火車站就在隔壁但噪音很小。

Good location near train station and shops and other amenities in Victoria. Check in and out very quick and staff very nice and friendly. Room fine, nice and clean.

駅からもすぐでとても便利な場所にありました。部屋の中も綺麗でしたがアメニティなどはなかったです。フロントでもらえたのかな。チェックイン時間前なのに早めにお部屋に入れてもらえたのがとても良かったです。

定的套房，所以房間大小還可以。交通很方便，蓋特維克機場到維多利亞火車站，出來5分鐘就到。還有幾條地鐵線，便利店，周邊餐廳也很多。衞生情況總體還行，被子床單不是特別乾淨，前台服務有的主動熱情，有的就一般。早餐品種較少，品質還行
