位置超棒，十分喜歡

酒店裡車站很近，兩條地鐵線路，但是訂的甄選房實際是地下一層，確實有窗户。早餐不錯，可點餐。

酒店距離地鐵站很近，走路2分鐘，門口就是瑪莎超市，星巴克、肯德基以及各種餐廳都很近，距離大英博物館、大本鐘等重要景點都是地鐵可達，窗户比較舒服，房間都不大，酒店員工還算熱情，早餐標準的英式早餐，但我住了三晚早餐都沒變過，酒店在一棟老房子裏面，設施偏老舊，衞生間樓上漏水，第一晚到的比較晚，給的房間在地下室沒窗户，第二天換了個一樓的，位置好是最大的優點。

房間設施太差 漏水痕跡 玻璃破裂 溫度低 房間有霉味 前台經理態度很不友善 也不接受任何一點意見 只會說No 要求解決問題或者換房 說房間滿了 在前台坐了半個小時 陸續有人入住 也一直在辦理入住手續； 要求退房 也說不能退款；明顯歧視 無法忍受 最後乾脆直接拿行李離開 The room facilities were terrible—there were leaking water stains, broken glass, and the room was very cold. The front desk manager was extremely unfriendly and refused to accept any feedback, he only said “No” to everything. When I asked to resolve the issues or change rooms, they claimed the hotel was fully booked. However, I sat at the front desk for half an hour and saw people continuously checking in. When I requested a refund due to poor conditions, they said no refunds were allowed. It was clear discrimination. I couldn’t tolerate it anymore and eventually just grabbed my luggage and left.

The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.

位置好 早餐不錯

倫敦的酒店位置比較好，費用也不低，商務出行需要，休息好才能工作好，還是很便利有這樣的平台可以幫忙訂房

床很舒服，就是有點高，中國人比較矮吧，衞生間設施蠻新的

攜程這是怎麼了，入住訂的甄選大床房，酒店給了地下一樓的房間，經協調攜程雖然付了差價，但浪費好長時間，住進了一樓的這個餐廳邊上的房間，房間也一般，第二天退房的時候嗯，前台服務員賬單還重複多收房費，又是協調一翻才退費。
