房間設施太差 漏水痕跡 玻璃破裂 溫度低 房間有霉味
前台經理態度很不友善 也不接受任何一點意見 只會說No 要求解決問題或者換房 說房間滿了 在前台坐了半個小時 陸續有人入住 也一直在辦理入住手續; 要求退房 也說不能退款;明顯歧視
無法忍受 最後乾脆直接拿行李離開
The room facilities were terrible—there were leaking water stains, broken glass, and the room was very cold. The front desk manager was extremely unfriendly and refused to accept any feedback, he only said “No” to everything. When I asked to resolve the issues or change rooms, they claimed the hotel was fully booked. However, I sat at the front desk for half an hour and saw people continuously checking in. When I requested a refund due to poor conditions, they said no refunds were allowed. It was clear discrimination. I couldn’t tolerate it anymore and eventually just grabbed my luggage and left.

The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.
