London Serviced Apartments

AVOID. We had booked and paid through *********** for a 3 bedroom apartment for four family members including my 85 year old mother.The night before our booking we got a request to pay an extra 1,000 pounds or our booking would be cancelled. This turned out to be a deposit for the place. We duly paid . We had an early morning flight as we were going to a graduation ceremony in the afternoon.and when we landed got an email saying our fully paid reservation had been cancelled. There followed a series. of emails and phonecalls to try to organise accommodation.. Eventually they offered us a studio apartment for four adults incuding my elderly mother!We found them unhelpful, rude and were appalled by the truly woeful customer service. They gave us phone numbers that did not work, offered us substandard accommodation and tried to blame *********** even though the problem was with the apartment itself. AVOID.
