Could not fault this place. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. Will be staying here next time we come to London!

酒店小而美，交通非常方便，出地鐵走三分鐘。附近有好幾家超市，最近的瑪莎衹要兩分鐘路程。老錢風，周圍都是高級區域，安全，安靜。 點評説中國人開的？這不是很好嗎？但是沒有看見有會説中文的店員，而且所有工作人員都挺友善，倫敦人感覺服務不是很好，這家的工作人員算態度很好的了。 晚上餐廳也有三道式晚餐，也不貴，東西也很好吃。

地理位置優越 前台服務熱情 房間乾淨 附近餐飲以及日常購物需求都能滿足 附近地鐵線路到達中心購物區域僅需幾站 且地鐵站到酒店步行3分鐘即可到達

房間隔音很差，衞生一般，很多細節沒有做好，房間也很小很擁擠，並不是圖片上的宣傳一樣，就貨不對版，沒有凳子，就一個櫃子門還吸不住，門都是彈出來的，我特意拍了圖片，體驗感特別差，再也不會訂了，晚上房間有個綠色的燈很刺眼，幾乎不能睡，自己貼個紙勉強湊合過了一眼，真是無語，希望攜程也能真實點

Great location for easy access to the Underground and local shops, but on a quiet street. The hotel is modern and comfortable, although the bathroom in a standard double is quite small. Good air conditioning and an excellent breakfast. Would stay again.

房間很小，電梯很慢。據説老闆是中國人？但不論是不是，總覺得服務員都很勢利眼。不過人兒層次在那，不好説啥。有的前台很給力，有的很擺設。早餐很敷衍。UU還是慎重吧，在攜程買了房票，居然還能降價，攜程退了一些差價。説實話，這間酒店不用合作了，毫無誠意。本身價格就不高，做推廣還嗑磕嗖嗖的。

Check-in Counter：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5/5) The staff is very kind and polite👍 The check-in process was smooth👍 The Room：⭐️⭐️⭐️(3/5) We were assigned to the room on lower ground, which is near the stair, therefore we kept hearing some noise on the ceiling. The room has a balcony, however there had some spider web on chairs so we didn't use it. The Bathroom：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(4/5) The bathroom looks clean and new, it's good. The hotel description mention that they will provide the toiletries, however they are missed.

좋았습니다. 위치도 여행드니기 정망 편한 얼스코트역이고 역에서도 가깝습니다. 안에 있는 슬리퍼나 목욕가운, 어메니티 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 진짜 매우매우 느립니다.

Lovely hotel but they didn't have the amenities they advertised like combs and shaving kits, I did ask reception but they said no so that was disappointing plus the air conditioning vent fell down and they didn't fix it during my stay

Absolutely gorgeous Hotel. Very clean, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast.  trip said it was a queen bed, but it was kingsize!  We were 2 couples and they upgraded one of us so our rooms were close (free).  Can’t wait to go back 🥰

英國之行最差的酒店 某天上午房間天花板突然大漏水 要不是我們出門晚 我合理懷疑我們所有行李都會被毀了 除去這個大問題 各種細節完全不到位 洗手間門把手是條紋的把手 裏面很多裝修時的白色沫沫 洗手間開放式的淋浴我能理解 但這家開放式浴室是能把整個洗手間都弄得到處是水的那種 非常不合理 那個櫃子各種劃痕 説是復古風 其實真的很醜看着很臟 前兩天漏水的那個房間還是臨街的屋子 街上的動靜聽得一清二楚 所有的床都是一米五跟攜程説的一米八根本不吻合 走廊牆上臟得連學生公寓都不如 諸如此類的糟心細節還有很多很多 總之這個酒店屬於你進了大堂感覺還行 你進了連廊就發現是個破爛草台班子 最後經理給我退了總房費的38%。 真的很差很差 唯一優勢是離地鐵站近一些

太舒服了！連續定了好幾天。裝修絕對可以捕獲少女心。粉色的聖誕樹，和淺青草綠色的房間色調。太吸引我了！

The hotel is quite near to the underground, around 5 minutes walk. The room is neat and clean, while the staff are very nice.
