Premier Inn London Hackney

I was at hackney last year and this year the hotel rooms are refurbished and everything is new the team is as usual the best specially the two ladies who is doing breakfast and diner am sure when the refurbished done the hotel will be the best hotel in London

I’m delighted to say the staff were very welcoming and accommodating! Especially the Chef Angela she was lovely and assisted with any dietary requirements and was so cheery. Unfortunately the hotel itself fell way short of expectations that we have from a Premier Inn hotel!! 2 of our 3 rooms required moving, one due to smell/noise and the other due to the noise!! The hotel was under refurbishment but this was a weekend stay and the noise started @8am on the floor above us! And we weren’t warned until it was to late to change hotel.

The Premier Plus rooms are good but what make it stand out is Angela, the chef, who manages the kitchen and makes the food. She's extremely friendly and cooks up a storm - often both breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our meals at Hackney (Dalston) Premier Inn.

I thought the hotel was great and really appreciate the service they offered throughout my five days day for work. I was really impressed by how helpful the staff were when I needed extra towels and how convenient it was to get my room cleaned when I needed it.

I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn London Hackney, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Neta at reception. Late at night, two of my young university students from Japan were feeling unwell and struggling to get comfortable in their room. Neta, who was just about to finish her shift, listened patiently and immediately took action to help. Even though the hotel was fully booked apart from an accessible room, she arranged a room change to ensure they could rest properly. She also suggested checking the shop next door for some medication, which turned out to be exactly what they needed. Her care and quick thinking made all the difference, and thanks to her, the students recovered quickly and could fully enjoy their trip the next day. What really stood out was that Neta even followed up the next day to check on them. Her warmth and dedication made a lasting impression. I always choose this hotel when staying in London, but this experience confirmed that it’s truly the best. Thank you, Neta—you made all the difference!
