I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn London Hackney, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Neta at reception. Late at night, two of my young university students from Japan were feeling unwell and struggling to get comfortable in their room. Neta, who was just about to finish her shift, listened patiently and immediately took action to help. Even though the hotel was fully booked apart from an accessible room, she arranged a room change to ensure they could rest properly. She also suggested checking the shop next door for some medication, which turned out to be exactly what they needed. Her care and quick thinking made all the difference, and thanks to her, the students recovered quickly and could fully enjoy their trip the next day. What really stood out was that Neta even followed up the next day to check on them. Her warmth and dedication made a lasting impression. I always choose this hotel when staying in London, but this experience confirmed that it’s truly the best. Thank you, Neta—you made all the difference!
