Team Angel were super friendly on arrival and went over and above to make sure it was a great stay! I had forgotten my phone charger and they managed to find one for me to use. Breakfast service was also great! will definitely be back to this hotel and will 100% recommend!

Overall, a great hotel which we would definitely return to. Great value, really nice big room and bathroom (we booked a Premier Plus room ) and excellent location. 2 mins walk from Angel tube station, a few minutes walk from LOADS of restaurants etc, and within easy reach of main rail stations. Special thanks to Gurdy, very friendly and helpful lady on the late shift. My one complaint was that there were no refreshments in our room - coffee machine and kettle, but no cups, coffee, biscuits etc. We didn't book breakfast so can't speak for that, but did enjoy a late drink in the bar and appreciated the late (12:00 noon) check out.

Great check in helpful and easy, booked premier plus on floor 5 room very good Breakfast excellent and the overall service from the front desk was very good special mention to Francesco superb service a credit to the hotel Will now start using this hotel when in London on business

Gurdy was amazingly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and this is the third time we’ve come back because of how impressed we are with the hospitality and helpfulness that Gurdy shows. She is also very funny an every time at the front desk!!!

A very kind receptionist lady Saturday evening went out of her way to lend my children a phone charger as we had forgotten to bring it. So very accommodating - thank you The hotel is lovely - very clean and looks new or refurbished. Staff are so helpful.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Everything was well organized, spotlessly clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. It was exactly what I wanted for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely come back again❤️

Before I was finally allowed to enter in, I was told by the receptionists that there is no availability and I should go somewhere else. I could see online they had available room and had to stand in cold weather outside past 11pm, alone and book the room online to be allowed in. I was ill and tired. This was the last thing I needed, to be treated this way, having to force myself in.

Hotel is fine. But make sure you don't forget anything. I left my samsung ear buds in the room and I checked find my earbuds and they was still there i spoke to 3 different people who all said they will call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again knowing they have really bad after service and thieves. And the staff couldn't be bothered to call me back.

We found the hotel really easily and it was in a good location for our visit. Check in was quick and efficient although the self-service screens weren't working. Staff we saw were frendly and helpful Bed was the usual premier inn comfort The air con was efficient and quieter than most Smallish window but we rather liked the view overlooking the buildings of London. We could have done with more towels
