Clean, Nice Staff and best location :)

位置緊挨着大英博物館，要轉到街道正面下-4到前台 住宿在負5層 算是這個位置比較便宜的酒店了 行李寄存要收費15磅

Het hotel was lastig te vinden, het stond niet heel duidelijk aan de buitenkant. Aangekomen moet je naar beneden, ik had een kamer op -4. Geen ramen, maar dat wist ik vooraf. De kamer is compact, maar een prettig bed en schone badkamer met toilet. Als het licht uitgaat is het echt donker, ik kon daardoor goed slapen. Toen ik terugkwam na mijn ochtend activiteit was de lift in onderhoud, ik moest alles naar beneden lopen. Toen ik een uur later onhoog wilde was dit nog steeds. Ik heb hiervan wat gezegd bij de balie en de dame die aan het werk was reageerde fel en zei dat de lift er niet eerder uit was… ik zou toch niet vrijwillig de trap naar beneden hebben genomen??? Uiteindelijk naar boven gelopen en daar werd een flesje water aangeboden door de portier. De vooraf vermelde checkout om 10.00 uur is naar mijn idee ook wat vroeg.

I’ve used this hotel multiple times now and the staff are great. The location is perfect for work and leisure.

可以説最垃圾酒店就是. 酒店不是地面是地下防風洞一樣. 酒店從前台到服務生都是印度人. 感覺非常差👎👎👎. 一定不會再來

The room was clean and the location of the hotel was good Also, the price wasn’t so expensive

房間很大，唯一問題是燈光，不過也不傷大雅

Expect noisy underground sounds that you can hear in the room. My room toilet light cannot completely switch it off, so not sure if that happens to all rooms or just mine. All rooms are located in -4 and -5 level which means all rooms would be no window. Room is comparatively small but if only staying just one night I think this is fine. Location is walkable distance to Elizabeth line so it is convenient if you go to or from Heathrow. Very self service. Check in check out all need to do on your own. So no service can comment about.

服務：晚退房扣50磅，存4個行李50磅，4個想存的話200磅，一聽不存了，給前台那老印度人嚇得説去找經理找折扣，上旁邊跟空氣溜達一下説有折扣了，4件50磅，要不是沒地方放行李中國人有這麼蠢嗎，最後行李的50磅要偷偷在電梯裏用現金給他，還説不讓我們告訴其他人，説的是經理給的折扣，番茄是根本沒看到他跟任何人交流了。

Good location. Unfortunately as it’s underground so very smelly on the way go to the rooms. Quiet and no windows but good price which is suitable for me as I only need a place to sleep at night and I booked in last minute The only thing I wasn’t happy with this booking was because of the reception staff. I booked and paid for 4 people with 2 beds in a room. When I arrived he only asked how many people I said 2 as my friends cannot make it . He didn’t say anything else but changed my booking to 1 bed in a room which isn’t fair as I paid for bigger room so even only myself came I still deserve the original room, or if he wanna save the place for new booking he should confirm with me if I allow him to do so. And he wasn’t nice to me as other 2 receptionists I met the next day. I kept the smaller room and didn’t ask to change because I arrived around 10pm & felt exhausted and took like 15mins to come back the reception cuz there is only one lift. But when I do check out I already mentioned - not to claim back anything but would like to improve things if in future I have chance to come back here as I normally booked in last minute and choose a place depending on prices + location I booked with Zedwell in London couple times but normally I stayed in Piccadilly Circus and always happy as clean nice room, good location closed to china town, multiple lifts don’t have to wait long, check in check out system very easy to use but receptionists always happy to help which is a big thanks
