Wat ouder hotel, heel donker door raam dat uitkeek op dak garage, omringd door het hotel. Krakende vloeren. Maar vlakbij metrostation met heerlijke douche en goed bed.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. If you choose to go to this hotel for whatever reason please keep I good hold of your personal items. This hotel is extremely incompetent when it comes to finding items, so if you loose something, prepare to never see it again. I went here during a family visit to London and with me I bought my childhood teddy bear which I've had for almost 13 years now. On arriving home two days later I realized with absolute despair that I had left my teddy underneath the sheets of the bed, the following day I called up the hotel, explained my situation and they assured me that they would have a look and try and find it. It's been a month. I consistently called them every two weeks or so asking for any updates or if they've found it, all I got in return was an irritated voice saying 'no'. I cannot understand how they hadn't found it yet, and I'm beginning to wonder if they've looked at all. The only thing I can do is hope and pray but at this point I'm seriously loosing hope. I am still young and have very important exams coming up, I can't sleep well, I'm tired of crying, I'm hysterically crying as I am writing this. I cry because of my own stupidity of loosing such an important item but also crying because of such an incompetent hotel. It is not just an inanimate object, it is a comfort teddy which helps me sleep at night.

Premier Inn brand has definitely took a nose dive. Their new business model isn't working. I booked here for last night. On arrival as I opened the bedroom door the smell hit me. Stale cigarette smoke. The hotel is no smoking. The room will need a full renovation not just a clean. This isn't the first time we've had this problem. Brentford and Chiswick are the same. My hubby is disabled and their new rule is only 1 pillow per guest. Apparently you can ask for more..but not after a certain time in the evening. I've stayed in these hotels all over the country and sadly enough is enough. I'm done with Premiet Inn.

Super polite and useful staff member on check in, gave us information on public transport for where we were going later in the afternoon whilst checking us in, very welcoming. Comfortable sleep standard for what you’d expect from a premier inn.

The stay overall was very pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and we both slept well. The room had everything we needed, and it was a good value for the price. The only downside was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. It wasn’t quite up to the standard I’d prefer, but for the price, I can't complain too much. I would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience when seeing gigs at Wembley.
