Les Hotel & Suites

老酒店，設施較陳舊，訂的是可4人入住的房間，兩張床，目測1.35米；有廚房，冰箱廚具齊全，但是手摸有點膩；地下停車場收費，但是很方便，很安全，電梯直達；周邊餐飲方便，有中餐，西餐；服務熱情，出差短住還不錯

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves staying with LES twice over the course of 3 weeks (both stays were 6 days long). London was on lockdown so we spent a lot of time in the room and felt like it was a home away from home. The service staff are there when you need them, and in terms of Covid measures, they have taken all appropriate measurements. We will continue to stay with LES every time we visit London.

Excellent front desk service!!! The room had all the needed amenities. There is parking available so you don't have to worry about finding a spot on the street. Loved the fresh, flavoured water and all the plants in the lobby.

Though perhaps not the 'city view' we were expecting, we spent a fair bit of time on the 2nd floor balcony watching the world go by. There were a fair number of sketchy characters, but we always felt safe when we were out and about. The location was very walkable, and also gave quick access to the wonderful riverside bike trails. Parking was available at a small cost, and it was in a secure basement lot. Our room was large and quite comfortable, with pretty much everything we needed. The elevator and/or garage door was quite noisy, but we learned to turn on the air conditioning to drown it out. Probably less of an issue in a room that wasn't over the garage and by the elevator. Staff were courteous and helpful. Though not without flaws, it was a nice spot and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

If you are very budget conscious, and your only concern is a clean bed to sleep in, this will meet your needs. We checked in during the Brier so rooms in the downtown area were scarce. The only rooms available here were their studio rooms. One had a kitchenette and the other did not. The one without the kitchenette had a small fridge with a microwave seated on top and a coffee maker on top of the microwave. It was dark and very small. There was little space around the bed. The heater/AC unit was situated next to the bed. As it was very warm in the room, we turned the AC on. But we had to turn it off when we went to bed as the cold air was blowing directly on the person sleeping on that side. The bed was very firm. The other limited furnishings (there was not place to unpack your clothes) were old. The tub in the bathroom was very narrow and dangerous to stand in as you showered; it was an old fashioned tub with curved sides and a very narrow flat surface so you had pressure on your ankles as you stood there. The staff were friendly and overall it was clean. But, I would not recommend for more than a 1 or 2 night stay and then only if you can't find anything else or are looking for cheap accommodations.

My stay here was great. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and made the arrival and checkout process easy as pie. The room was clean and neat and quite spacious for my needs. All amenities were updated and nice. The bathroom was fairly big with a great shower. The bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. A big thanks to the staff.
