The Rooms were great however, the food was average. Definitely could have a better restaurant experience.

The property was beautiful and the people were very warm and helpful which made overall experience awesome.

It was an amazing stay with rumourss we stayed in suite room with private heated pool. It was too good. The pool water was clean. The rooms were spacious. Food served both breakfast and dinner was too tasty. From menu we had ordered food in room that too was yumm we would definelty visit again

room is nice but food was average. also swiming pool is too small and not have enough place to play children

This place is must visit for its hospitality and delicious food. The ambience is classy and rooms are clean. The suites are spacious and cozy. People are friendly cordial and nice. Receptions and fd are always there tk help you out. MUST VISIT!!

Such a amazing, beautiful place in lonavala. Here hospitality and services was nice. Good food on bofuet. The quality of food here reminded me of my home. And I eat to fulest. The reception is on toes to hep you and very staff. Do visit for its hospitality.

view is only of cement bags, broken sticks & planks, broken walls mosquitoes around the room, cannot open the door pool was filthy, we got it cleaned in morning the typical strong smell of paint, the rooms seems to be freshly painted, which caused an allergy to me and my son. room service doesn't answer the call had to call the housekeeping number, no one answered the call food options limited, horrible service.... refrigerator not cooling...kept a bootle of soft drink it was not cold till morning construction labourers and workers around everwhere, it seems unsafe. jetspray in washroom was leaking constantly washroom was smelling bad and was very dirty, food menu was set menu, was more of a hostel type menu with very limited option

our stay at Rumours resort was delightful. The place is nice n quite,easy to reach. the staff is extremely polite and helpful. food is limited but tasty. breakfast has a good spread.

Unique cottages for a short staycation. Rooms need improvement. Room had water shortage and basin had leakages. Lunch and breakfast buffet spread is limited and in room dining prices are expensive.

Rooms: Rooms were good. However few observations - floor wasn't completely mopped. We happened to use tissue on floor to wipe off something and the tissue was quiet dirty. Ac won't give complete cooling to the room in day time but at night it's fine as the temperature drops down. We had booked a room with indyoor pool which wasn't dat clean it had a layer of dirt. The pool should hv indoor heating accessibility. We had to call reception to change the temp of pool. The shower in bathroom had less water force. Nearby activities: They got common small pool Safety: Construction (addition of new rooms) is gng so inside of the property could be risky book room which is near resturant/ reception area Food and drinks: Good service could be bit fast. The staff is really friendly. Restaurant can be upgraded. The staff was kind enough to cook seperate meal for my baby as per my instructions Noteworthy details: Friendly staff I think the property is short of staff Hotel highlights: Luxury and Quiet

We stayed in a sky villa. The view was amazing, and basic amenities were good. They even got us cake for our anniversary at night on requesting. Only due to the late checkin time and early checkout, I would rate them as good only.
