Billy's Puerto de Mogán Apartments by Livvo

Apartment 281, no sun at any time of the day, requested twin beds due to my husbands health needs but was a double bed, I had to sleep on the sofa, they did offer to change us if a room became available but this was far too much for us to do so stayed where we were. Very expensive poor room

We stayed in one of Billy's apartments from Jan 27 - Feb 1 2025. Although it was only 5 days, it was our favourite family holiday so far. The apartments are spread out along the marina. They are along really lovely alleyways that tourists walk along. It makes you feel like a local. All the apartments have lovely little balconies facing out into the alleys where you can sit out and watch the world go by. Everything is within less than a minute walk (not exaggerating). The marina, the little plaza with plenty of restaurants, the pool, the supermarket. The beach is perhaps 2 minutes walk where there is another huge selection of restaurants. There is a gym 1 min walk from the beach if youre so inclined. Only 5 euro each time you want to use it. The apartment was perfect for our family (4 young kids). Two big double rooms, a pull out couch, a rooftop terrace where we could host drinks with my parents, a smart TV with all the apps (great for the kids), a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine and a really lovely bathroom. Cleaners came every day and left the place spotless with new towels. We could not have asked for more. I couldnt recommend enough these apartments, or Puerto de Mogán, to a family looking for a holiday. It was all perfection. Special mention to Mandy at reception who was so accommodating and helpful.

We stayed in the apartments for a week.the exterior of the building is shabby with poor maintenance.cracked and broken tiles both inside and out.the finish of the apartments is dated and worn.old style bath with shower hose/curtain.door leading to veranda had a gap at the bottom which allowed a few visiting cockroaches to enter the apartment.we had a tiny veranda which didn't warrant using it as it was too small.the Receptionist was helpful when we had issues with door locks etc.the cleaners did a good job.unfortunately the apartments are shabby and dated.i wouldn't recommend staying here.

Quiet, laid back week in the sunshine. Roof top terrace with view over harbour- Very happy with our decision with the upgrade choice. Great location within easy walking distance of lovely restaurants and beach only a little further. Pretty resort. Quiet area with most restaurants and bars closed by around 10pm. We will return.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a roof terrace that contained 2 nice sunbeds, tables and chairs, and a shower. We booked this quite last minute, and we didn't really expect this place to be as nice as it was. The apartment was very clean with all the bits and pieces that you would expect, including a washing machine, coffee maker, ironing board, etc etc. The people on Reception at Billy's could not have been more helpful and were very informative when we bombarded them with questions. Peurto de mogan itself is so nice. I don't really want to speak about it, I don't want it to change. We have travelled to many different places in the world, and i would definitely put this in the top 3! I am writing this on our last day and as soon as I finish this review I'm going to book again for next year. Just Fabulous.
