JIVANA !! Cet hôtel est encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'élégance des lieux et le cadre apaisant. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec soin et assez confortables avec une grande salle de bain extérieure. Tout est pensé pour garantir une tranquillité d’esprit totale. On peut apercevoir des poissons et des grosses tortues... c'est un pur bonheur. Le personnel est irréprochable, toujours attentif à nos moindres besoins. Nous avons même eu un lit pour bébé parfaitement adapté. La piscine est assez grande. Le petit déjeuner à l'assiette est délicieux et servi dans une atmosphère paisible. Les activités spa sont superbes, idéales pour un moment de détente absolu. Un véritable paradis qu’on ne veut plus quitter. Une adresse à partager sans hésitation !

Everything was just perfect

Bugs and mosquitoes aplenty so do remember to keep your doors closed. Room has a large bed but a single seater sofa. Room isn't big, rather small. Pool with 2 deck chairs, overlooking a pantry area with a dining table made for 4 and a sofa set to relax amid the hot weather. TV quality is horrible. Staff said they will get an engineer to attend to issue. However issue wasn't fixed. Staff apologised during check out and only informed that issue can only be resolved by an extreme do over of the TV cables and what not. Breakfast selection from a menu and not buffet style. Free roaming animals around the compound.

户外的衞生間很有特色，房間挺大的，安靜花園很漂亮，早餐也挺好的，出門有不少小吃便利店整體都挺方便的。

Хороший отель, хорошая территория. Ресторан хороший. На терриотрии есть черепахи, куропатки, в прудах много рыбок. Территория вся утопает в зелени. Очень расслабляет отель. Действительно то место где можно отдохнуть.

Jivana /amazing Place an amazing place that is run by Australian owner who is always around for suggestions and help.Its got to be the nicest place in Kuta and actually Lombok.Staff is amazing and the Breakfast is 1st rate.Its very hard for me to go back to Canguu. 10 out of 10

Will Stay Again When in the Area Very nice and relaxing four-night stay for a family of three. One of the best things for us was to see lots of friendly and helpful local staff working here. The breakfast was very good. The premises were clean, calm and relaxing. The location is fairly central to the area.

Havre de paix et décor parfait Autant aller doit au but, je voyage régulièrement et j'ai séjourné dans des dizaines d'hôtels, le Jivana est le plus bel hôtel que j'ai jamais vu. Une propreté absolue, de la verdure partout, une piscine magnifique. Le spectacle des carpes Koï devant la terrasse de la chambre est fascinant et en complément on peut apprécier la visite des tortues ou des pintades de l'hôtel. Personnel très serviable et extrêmement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner à choisir sur le menu est assez complet et très bon. J'ai essayé plusieurs options et je n'ai pas été déçu. ca manque un peu de choix pour les carnivores. L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue très calme à proximité de la rue principale qui regorge de bars, restaurants et boutiques en tous genres. L'hôtel propose des scooters à la location mais les petits modèles sont dans un état déplorable. On a opté pour le Nmax, un peu plus cher mais tout neuf et plus confortable, surtout à 2. Le seul point négatif pour moi, un wifi d'un autre temps, quasi inexistant par moment. A améliorer rapidement! Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%

Alles top!!! Wunderschöne Anlage… man kann sich vom Park kaum satt sehen, alles ist so stimmig… wir hatten eine Poolvilla die man nur empfehlen kann, auch hier sehr viele Pflanzen… das Frühstück ist ebenso ausgezeichnet…

Hotel più bello della mia vita Hotel con estetica superlativa, tacchini liberi di scorrazzare in giardino e carpe nel laghetto davanti al ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e lussuosa. La nostra camera era una villa semiaperta con piscina privata, piante tropicali ovunque, camera da letto con tetto in legno e bagno e doccia all'aperto. Una magica esperienza nell'hotel più bello della mia vita.

We had an amazing stay at Jivana and absolutely recommend this place. The staff were very helpful, super friendly and professional at any time. A wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered and everything we ate was beyond delicious. The campus is a green oasis and beautiful wherever you go. We had a massage and a yoga class which we recommend as well.

This really depends on your budget and expectations / standards. The staff are very friendly - the ones I interacted the most with were Aje, Dedi and Diwa - extremely helpful and pleasant. There is an open bathroom which invites unwanted guests. One one evening there was a Tokay gecko lizard near the base of the toilet. This was a bit bigger than my hand. Nevertheless these lizards can be a hazard especially if they latch onto your arm (hard to get off) or bite you. 4 staff came quickly and removed it. Still it left me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I kept all my amenities in the bedroom. Cleanliness - the net curtain (mosquito net) had blood stains on it and the deckchairs surrounding the swimming pool were all dirty and had stains on them. The restaurant is small and there are nice but limited choices over breakfast. If you don't like eggs, then you'll have an even more limited choice. The staff are very friendly - some are untrained and have very limited English. I am learning Bahasa Indonesian but I'd make sure you have google translate ready for words like "without" The rooms themselves need some maintenance as well. You need some welly to lock and unlock the front door. The air conditioning in the bedroom is loud and on full-power (and by the way, you need this switched on if you want a hot / warm shower). And you need it switch on otherwise it gets very hot and lizards start finding their way into the room. For me, this is at best a 3 star hotel.

Our return stay at Jivana was like coming home. The peaceful, quiet and familiar landscape was again so welcoming. We had a poolside suite ,which was spacious and airy, with the undercover, outside bathroom. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Dewa and his multiple attempts to contact the airline for me. Everything in the resort is so well thought out including the lovely restaurant to the wonderful pool.( the most child friendly pool we've come across) Thanks for another great stay to Steve & Kadek and the team. See you next year.
