Bright and tastefully decorated holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located a short distancefrom the beach and sea on a lawn plot with plenty of play opportunitiesfor children. The house was built in 1978/1999/2017, regularly maintained andmodernised and has a kitchen/living room in open concept, four bedrooms,bathroom with shower, whirlpool, sauna and large open terrace with extrakitchen table. Since there is air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burningstove, the cost of heating is quite small. The decor is light and modernwith quality furnishings in the famous Danish cottage style. For indoorentertainment there is smart-TV, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation3 and Blu-rayplayer. There is furthermore limitless internet. The living room hasdirect access to the large terrace. On the terrace there are plenty ofplaces with shelter, and you will by no doubt spend many pleasant hourshere during the holidays. The plot is a large, completely secluded plotsurrounded by vegetation and with excellent opportunities for outdooractivities such as playing with the kids, sunbathing or evening funaround the grill.
