In the woodshed there is a movable extra bed and a youth bed (for a child approx. 3-10 yrs old) which can be taken into use if necessary. There are two accommodation buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in two separate buildings. Yard area is spacious and bright, upper part flat. There is a slope to the beach but there is good stairs to the beach. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish. The nearest neighbor (distance 130 m, not within sight in the summer) is owned by the same family. In 200 m distance there is owner's second rental cottage, 13795 Ranta-Iivari.
