"My stay at Hotel Iness was very successful, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place on the map of Łódź. It's a great choice for both a short business trip and a weekend getaway. What makes the hotel stand out positively: Service and atmosphere: The reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrived. Cleanliness and standard: The room was very cozy, well-maintained, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. Location: A good base for exploring the city and easy access to the city center. Organizational and technical matters: Access: Getting to the hotel can currently be a bit difficult due to a no-entry sign placed about 200 meters before the hotel entrance (it's worth consulting with the reception beforehand for the best route). Room condition: My room had minor technical issues – a loose handle on the bathroom door and a damaged shower cabin door. However, these are minor details that the staff will surely quickly resolve once reported. Despite not using the breakfast service and the minor access and technical inconveniences, my overall impressions of the stay are very positive. The good customer service and high standard of cleanliness mean I will gladly return here on my next visit to Łódź."

"Olin kollegani kanssa muutamassa päivässä valtuuskunnassa. Huone oli puhdas, mukava, hiljainen, kiinteä vuode ja erittäin mukava mattressit. Suuri sijainti ja suuri pysäköinti, meillä oli lähellä joka paikasta, jota kiinnostimme. Aamiainen on iso, herkullinen, erittäin hyvä kahvia otimme tien kupit. Erittäin hyödyllinen palvelu. "Me pysyimme täällä syyskuun lopussa. Yöllä ulkolämpötila oli noin 10°C, ja huone oli erittäin kylmä. Ei lämmitys oli kaikkiaan – ei edes säteilylämmittimet, mikä on hyvin outo neljän tähden hotelli. Ainoa vaihtoehto oli ilmastointi puhaltaa lämmintä ilmaa, mutta se oli suunnattu suoraan sänkyyn, joka oli hyvin epämiellyttävä, joten meidän oli lopetettava se. Siksi huonetta ei voitu yksinkertaisesti lämmittää. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pieni infrapunalämmittimen, mutta se oli lähes hyödytöntä eikä todella lämmitä tilaa. Kylmä suihku ja astuminen ulos tällainen kylmä ilma oli erittäin epämiellyttävää. Onneksi jäimme vain yhden yön, mutta jäädyimme koko ajan. Eivät varmasti mitä odotat tämän luokan hotellista."
