We do not usually leave reviews... We grabbed this hotel at the last minute and trusted the Wyndham name. By the time we settled in we just settled for staying - it was late. But there were so many things wrong with this location and especially their advertisements... but the roach got me totally aggravated in the morning. 1. Bed was Full size and not a Queen, the 2 pillows were tiny and had to go downstair to get 2 more. 2. Room was "mirco" small. 3. Hallway walls were smacked around and in need of repair and carpet was stained. 4. The internet did not come up as an option on our devices. 5. The TV didn't work properly... it lost picture and sound and remote would only operation about 18 inches from the TV. 6. The tub was stained and rusty. 7. There was a nail sticking out dangerously from a corner protector. 8. Blow dryer was half pulled out the wall. 9. Found a dead roach on the floor in the morning. The walls were checked and they were not stained. The tv remote just needed batteries, internet is working fine we even spoke to the it to check our routers. We do take great responsibility in giving our guest the best service that's why we took care on checking every detail. Thanks for letting us know your concern.
