"Great hotel with a fantastic location! We stayed for two nights for a concert at the Moon and Stars. The hotel is perfect for that; everything is within easy walking distance, and the view of the lake and the city (4th floor) is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was okay. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Great value for money."

"They provide free parking and the hotel is sitting on the lake shore and that's about it on the positive side. Oh, and they give you a nice pen. The hotel is small, no elevator, with such narrow stairways that one person with a suitcase can barely make it upstairs. The room is small, doesn't even have enough space for a desk or a table so using your laptop is extremely inconvenient. We had a view of the railroad though it was of no disturbance at night. A small fancy bathroom has a sliding glass door with weird green camouflage so there's very little privacy. No amenities of any sort: no pool, no spa, no sauna, no nothing. We didn't try their restaurant even though the reviews were good so no idea what their breakfast, lunch or dinner was. If you have a car you have to drive straight the end of the street past the "limited entry" sign, turn left, and then left again on an unpaved path which brings you to the back of the hotel where the parking is located. But you would be better off staying elsewhere."

"Very Clean, friendly, very welcoming, very helpful staff. Beautiful park around the hotel. Unfortunately the location is not the best, however it has very good access to the public transport. It is very close to a shopping mall. The room is spacious and the beds are wide. Bathroom is also spacious. The patio with direct access to the park was great. The breakfast is a bit expensive for the choices offered."
