Todo de 10,animación, camareros ,recepción es un placer venir aquí,el año que viene volveremos seguro ,la niña ya solo quiere volver por el ambiente que se respira y por las amistades que ha hecho ,eso sí este año ya no estaba el pinball en la sala de juegos(que vuelvaaaa)

Otro año más disfrutando del hotel. Gracias a Rafa y a Abraham por su buen trato. Cómo siempre tan atentos en todo momento. Pepe y a Iker por su amabilidad y su buen trabajo día a día. Los dos trabajando codo a codo son un ejemplo a seguir. Los chicos de animación tan divertidos como siempre. Volveremos de eso estamos seguros.

Llevo varios veranos viniendo a este hotel y no para de sorprenderme! Mucha variedad de comidas, el personal super amable y atento a todo lo que necesites, las habitaciones y los lavabos super limpios, en el snack hay mucha variedad y siempre hay comida, la animación muy buena tanto para niños como para adultos, las piscinas son super grandes y espaciosas y los toboganes esta super bien por que hay tanto para adultos como para niños pequeños! Volveremos a repetir sin duda!

The food at the hotel, especially dinners, aren’t great. Food isn’t labelled so people with allergies would struggle plus I couldn’t tell what half of the meats were! Not enough variety at night and not enough for kids at dinner. More cold meats and tuna at lunch and dinner would be great!!! I’ve never been to a hotel In Spain where I’ve felt so limited at dinner. Staff aren’t the friendliest at all. Don’t really acknowledge kids etc

Minpunt : Veel te druk in de 2 restaurants !!! Restaurant Ares is pas open om 19u30. Beter spreiden door het restaurant vroeger te openen (bv: 18u30 - 22u00) ofwel het derde restaurant Magnolia ook geopend houden voor de klanten ,het is nu wel hoog seizoen!!!

Great hotel with lots to do. Our boys enjoyed the foam party, fair night and entertainment. They loved being able to have ice creams, doughnuts and waffles during the daytime. Staff worked really hard and were happy to help. We were even provided with packed lunch on our departure day - as we left before breakfast. Rooms were a bit dated but were clean and comfortable. Towels changed everyday and beds made up. Main selling point for us were the pools. The kids loved the slides but preferred the quieter salt water pool. Food was good although not always well labelled so you had to take your chances with some of the dishes. Staff were happy to answer questions if you took the time to ask. The pizzas tasted amazing and went down well with our boys. Only problem we had was that the evening entertainment didn’t start till 9 which was too late for the children. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Es nuestro 4 verano consecutivo y siempre todo muy bien. Hemos ido a varios hoteles y este lo tenemos fijo cada año. Piscinas, restaurante, habitacion y sobre todo el equipazo de animación que tienen, Sergi, David, Juan Camilo, Judit, Aida y mas que no recuerdo sus nombres, haciendo juegos, bailes en la piscina y espectaculos muy buenos por la noche y a Gustavo el jefe de animación que es un 10 igual que todo su equipo

Good points The quality and variety of food is amazing. We were there for 2 weeks and we never had the same meal twice. I've no idea how people have given negative reviews for food. The general organisation of the complex is admirable, everything works, all the activities, the services etc, all smooth sailing. There's a nice relaxing atmosphere due to this being a well oiled machine. The pools are very good. Keeps the kids well entertained with the 3 pools and slides. Pool bars are excellent also The staff all have reasonable English and are helpful. Air con in the room was excellent Less good points The rooms are cramped and are noisy. No sound insulation. We weren't in our room much so it was fine. As a family resort expect to hear early risers on the corridors etc. The majority of patrons are Spanish and the activities for the kids are all run through Spanish. Very few English speakers attended the activities as a result of this which in turn discourages the kids from taking part. The first week of July it was fine but the second week the resort seemed crowded at times. Not a major bugbear but the pool would get really full and there were more queues for food etc.

Just returned from a week here, the holiday was absolutely fantastic! The Animation team deserve my first lot of praise- they literally never stop!! They are always around to make sure the kids are having a fantastic time, they have activities constantly throughout the day such as foam parties, aqua aerobics, pool games. They have a mini club for the smaller children where they can go and colour and play games and the water slides were brilliant, extremely enjoyable for all ages! Not many of the staff speak English, so it can be quite a communication barrier at times. The pool area is extremely busy, they do ask you not to reserve sunbeds, but people do mainly around the middle pool as it is where all the pool activities take place. If you haven't returned to your sunbed in 90 minutes, they do remove your towels. They have security walking around constantly throughout the day and the night time, not that there was any trouble when we were there, but more the fact that it's 4 huge complexes together so with that amount of people, there is always a potential for trouble. They have 4 restaurants for everyone and you get assigned your restaurant when you check in. The restaurants are really busy, you can be queuing for quite a while waiting for your food, although the chefs are very officiant and the quality of the food we found to be great. The reviews we saw saying how terrible the food was, as far as we experienced was not correct. We never had cold food or under cooked and there was always plenty of choice, aswell as themed nights every night such as Candy night which was the children's favourite, mexican night etc. The rooms were quite dated but exceptionally clean! You could always tell who were the excellent cleaners as you would walk in to your room and it would smell amazing! Which was great to come back to. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday you can! The pool areas were clean and tidy, the bars were great and so were the snack bars. The snacks available throughout the day was one of the best of all the hotels we have stayed in. Included in your all inclusive you could have ice cream cones of various ice creams, magnums and twister lollies. The alcohol, cocktails and soft drinks were available all throughout the day and night too, plus soft drinks machines dotted around the hotel area to help yourself. Top tips from our experience here- * If you have fussy children who won't drink fizzy drinks/ fruit juice, take some mini squeezable squash with you as you can then top up the children's drinks bottles with water and squash. Nowhere in Spain seems to sell squash it's all fruit juice! *Do reserve your sunbeds but ensure you only go for a max of 90 mins else your towels will be removed. *The lifts take forever to arrive to you, so unless you have to, I'd just walk the stairs! *The day before check out if you're missing breakfast, go to reception and the
