Hotel Xaine Park

Adorei o atendimento na recepção! Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e amáveis! Gostei muito da limpeza do hotel, do café da manhã, da localização e do custo benefício. O hotel fica super próximo ao terminal de ônibus, há uns 500 metros da praia, ao lado de mercados, lojas e restaurantes. Super recomendo!

First of all, I’ve never before written a bad review. Scrolling through the other reviews of Xaine, you can see that the one responding is truly neglecting all negative feedback. First impressions were great, very friendly staff in the reception! Food - At first glance, the food looks good. Then when you step closer and have a look, it’s unfortunately not good. It’s cold and does not taste anything. When we had the dinner the first night, we were keeping our hopes up for a nice breakfast. Sadly we were disappointed, coffee was not coffee and juice was not juice. I had some bacon, ate some of it but it tasted weird. I turned the bacon right next to it over and it had some weird blue ink on it (see picture). If this is a normal thing, I must have missed out on that. Anyhow, yes I was food poisoned but it could have been from the strange tasting fish the night before. Rooms - The rooms are outdated. The warm water in the shower did not work. Had to change keys multiple times (stayed here one night) due to them being worn out (and yes, I kept the key in a separate pocket to not get it demagnetized). Yes it is a bit noisy, but considering the location that is understandable. Gym - The gym has the similar size of Harry Potter’s spandrel room under the stairs, it’s not the end of the world but it’s just not a gym.

Geloof als ik zeg dat dit hotel het diepste punt is van heel de vakantie, AC die lekt, spullen die voor je neus worden gestolen DOOR PERSONEEL EN SCHOONMAKERS en daar dan over liegen, het is onmenselijk dat dit hotel nog staat. vervolgens vraag je om hulp en word je aan de kant geschoven, mijn persoonlijke telefoon werd voor me neus in de zakken geschoven van 1 van de bar mensen, het is 1 grote handel begin hier a.u.b niet aan!!!
