Overall the apartment is ok for the price. The balcony sliding door could only be opened with a lot of force. Simple but adequate facilities, the climate is very drafty, so be careful. I can understand that the neighbors are sensitive to noise - you could

Standort ist gut. Man kann zu Fuß mehrere schöne Strände erreichen.Tiefgarage ist leider zu eng.

What I liked most about the apartment was its location. It is in an unbeatable location next to Fanals beach. My stay was short but I would value the apartment as correct.
