Nous avons reserve deux xhambres lors de notre sejour Pas de chauffage clim qui ne marche , pas de lumiere dans la salle de bain un technicien qui vient retirer le neon mais le remplace pas de suite obliger d aller se plaindre a l accueil et d insister pour avoir au moins une lampe pour pouvoir se doucher et finalement dans la soiree un neon sera poser l hôtel est très vetuste et la propreté laisse a desirer pour le repas buffet il n y a vraiment pas beaucoup de choix je ne recommande pas cet hotel habituee des hotels sur lloret c est la premiere fois ou je suis vraiment decu dans la deuxieme chambre le rideau tient avec la chaînette du bouchon de la baignoire tout est delabre !

Awful avoid this hotel . It really is like a hostel out of a horror film !! I never complain about hotels but we stayed here the first night to try and make it work and ended up paying to stay at another hotel down the road as it was clean and safe ! This hotel is absolutely vile , the staff are rude and obnoxious the food we didn't even dare to try ! The rooms are hideous beyond repair or cleanse ! I didn't even take a shower as it was so dirty! We literally booked another hotel within a few hours

Hotel on first look is clean staff on call that night were friendly and helpful we were shown part way to our room room was nice a bit on the small side 3 single beds and a dresser there’s not much room to walk around and with me having walking troubles I found this hard the curtain in the room wasn’t on the rail correctly and didn’t close that well the bathroom was clean the flush was a bit wobbly and the bottom but had come away ( stilled worked ) the balcony was small had a couple of chairs and a small table restaurant was clean food was nice restaurant staff were friendly pool area was small for the size of hotel in summer I think it would be too packed there’s a couple of pool tables we were all inclusive and was given a ribbon to go on wrist I couldn’t wear mine ( made me itch) and the bartender got a bit off with me but served us the lady bar tender I didn’t have the same issue with you pay 1euro per breaker for drinks then get refunded when return them the hotel is near shops and the beach the noise from other residents was loud ( not hotels fault) over all we enjoyed the stay this isn’t a negative comment i would probably stay here again

Don't go anywhere near this hotel or any of their sister hotels as the owner doesn't give a dam about your stay all there interested in is your money food is disgusting rooms are disgusting if there was prisoners put in here there would be a riot

Worst hotel ever!!! Everything about this hotel is terrible, from the lift which can only fit 2 people, to the rooms which are dated. The food is nothing to write home about (tasted preheated). The pool is so small not ideal for families. the hotel is very dated and needs refurbishment. I can never go back there again even if given for free

Firstly there is no parking at all, we had a hire car the full holiday & was directed towards the casino for £25 a day. The hotel is dated, walls are extremely thin, we could hear every room, even people having sex upstairs on the next floor. The pool is in between building so doesn’t get the sun or maybe for half hour as it passes over. It was more of a stag do hotel for groups of young males to get extremely intoxicated to the point of police investigation. The beach is like gravel with a million flies, I will never ever visit this hotel or Loret de mar ever again

After reading the reviews about this hotel can’t say I wasn’t apprehensive about staying here. We made this booking through Wowcher which I won’t be doing again. Hotel very dated, carpet in hallways, the lift is probably just short larger than a size 10/12 woman. The inside walls - they may aswell not be any. Thank god we was only there 4 nights. Not 1 full nights sleep. You can hear EVERYTHING. The staff however were very nice, friendly & accommodating including bar staff. I can’t comment on the housekeeping staff as didn’t see them. We did have clean made beds everyday & fresh towels. The food - we were bed & breakfast. Don’t expect hot food! All in all we won’t be going back.

Went with my son and son in law for 3 nights,Oct 26th to 29th, All inclusive.Well absolutely awful,rooms were disgusting,Light switches cracked,lampshades torn,Shower rail held up by chains,Head boards in need of refresh,Bath was about 2ft 6 inches long,What a joke,worst of all The food was always luke warm ,Never hot,I told a member of staff about it and he pointed to the Microwave,I said that's not good enough.What a waste of money.If you have Children then this is not the place for you,No entertainment for them at all.Nothing like pictures on website when Booking...Avoid,Avoid,Avoid.
